Excellent amenities, house, and location!

We just returned from a four night stay in this villa. We LOVED it. We had three adults and four kids. The layout of this villa is PERFECT. The kids shares the double queen room. The interior is well equipped, we cooked here and had everything we needed. There is an extra fridge in the garage (perfect for beverages). It is a very close to walk to the beach and right by the pool. The patio and deck are gorgeous. They have so many beach chairs and water equipment available for use! Bella Sirena is an awesome and very safe resort.We will absolutely try to book this Villa every time we come back. We had a few very minor issues but they were very easily addressed with email and the property team was prompt and very helpful and polite.

Beautiful place but not entirely as listed

We weren’t told that the hot tub wasn’t working until our check in day, which was a huge disappointment since the private hot tub was one of our deciding factors in choosing this place. We also found that neither the washing machine or dishwasher were in working order and did not hear back when we messaged about it in the app. It was a great location and beautiful property but had we known all of these things, we would have chosen differently, especially for the price.

Great Villa and Location, First Time Stay at Bella Sirena

We visit Rocky Point every year for Fall Break, but last year, we had to cancel our trip due to work commitments. Thankfully, the owner was wonderful to work with and honored our 2023 reservation for 2024. The villa's location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach. It’s also fully equipped with beach accessories, so you don’t have to worry about bringing chairs, umbrellas, or even a beach cart. One of the highlights of Bella Sirena is the ability to enjoy both the beach and the pool; when the beach gets too hot, you can easily transition to the pool and pool bar, then return to the beach for a beautiful sunset. The property management and owner were very attentive, promptly answering my questions via text within the hour. The house itself is well-equipped for a vacation home. My family and I would definitely return to stay at this villa.

Great location and rental. Will definitely come back. The only issues we had were the shower drains were not draining well and we did not have enough towels and wash cloths for our group of 6. Other than that it was great!

We had a great visit to Bella Serena and Villa 7. Everything was just as pictured and very nice. The whole process from messaging before checking in and the property manager availability for questions made for a worry free relaxing time spent with family.

Property was beautiful. Villa was very clean and spacious. 3 couples stayed and loved that there is a bathroom for every room. Loved the large kitchen space. Patio was open to a beautiful area. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. Thank you for a great weekend.

Disappointed

We have been visiting Rocky Point for 20 years and have never had a complaint about any other place. We checked in on a Sunday and were instructed to call Astrid for an orientation. We called and she said Angel would be over shortly. We waited over 2 hours and no one came. The jacuzzi was empty and we were not told it wasn't working. Later we found out the TV's weren't working and the thermostat for one of the bedrooms wasnt working. I called Astrid and left a message and sent a message to Angel who did respond that it would be looked at. Neither one ever got fixed. The nights were cold and our son had to sleep in the living room because his room was freezing. Also we were instructed to strip the beds before we left and when we did there was old blood on the mattress cover. Very disgusting! There were other little things but the most disappointing was booking a place with a private jacuzzi and not being told that it didn't work, the freezing room and the absolute lack of response from anyone. Angel did show up when we were checking out and when I asked him about not showing up on Sunday he said it was his day off(something Astrid should have known) Its too bad because Bella Sirena is very nice and the villa is nice but the total lack of response to our issues was very disappointing. Would not recommend this place.

Loved everything about Villa 7. Shaun was very responsive. Hot tub continues to not heat so we turned it off. The unit itself was amazing and we loved the proximity to the beach and beautiful amenities at the resort.

Great Home!

Great well stocked property. Close to the lower pool which was nice. It was nice to have a contact for any questions (Astrid the property manager is available always for any questions) The living room was very cozy, and the kitchen is bigger than the 5 bedroom units at the resort. Having the extra space was very nice. There is a garage available too for parking which is a plus in Mexico

Nice place

It was a nice place to stay but some things need to be fixed like the ice maker in frig didn't work, stove top not working right big burners not working, ceiling fans not working, needs new hot tub cover with folding arms weighs a ton took two guys to remove advertised ranger to use but had no reverse needs six lounge chairs on upper sun deck

Was nice to have Angel to help with checking in and him available if something was needed. Condo was great. We love having a garage for our off road cars. Location for pool and beach is perfect. Condo was nice and cool when we checked in. Condo floor still had food on the floor around the bar stools when we checked in from the prior guests. Would have liked more towels for the bathrooms. We had 1 towel per person. Condo ended up with ants in the kitchen on our last day. That was kinda a bummer and annoying to deal with but not a trip breaker.

The location could not have been better. The home was clean and well stocked and was much as advertised. However someone was supose to meet upon arrival and befor departure, this did not happen and than the owner scharged me for broken pation furniture. I do not believe we broke anything and lets face it patio funiture expose continently exposed to the salt air will break just from use

Bella Sirena Villa 7 review

The resort and villa were beautiful and quiet. Very relaxing. A couple issues with the villa occurred unfortunately. The refrigerator had frozen over and was not working upon arrival and for the first night. Maintenance fixed the issue for us so we had a working refrigerator for the rest of our stay. The jacuzzi did not heat up for a day and a half and the temperature settings were very touchy. Once it kicked on it was extremely hot and then cold again. Its a touchy system and unfortunately was not working for the majority of our stay. Overall a nice stay with a couple hiccups.

Perfectly met our needs!

We were lucky to book this property last minute after the sale of the original property we were supposed to stay in. The property owner and management company were incredibly responsive and helpful! We had tire damage at the border and received assistance from Angel to locate and replace the tire. (beyond grateful to him!!) The location was amazing with close proximity to the pools and beach. The amenities were excellent. We had no complaints. There were a couple things that made me not give five stars such as stained furniture, hair left in showers, clogged sinks, 2 beach chairs vs the 5 that were listed and a very difficult to open sliding door. We did not notify management as none of them were huge issues for us. I’m sure based on their service level they would have taken care of any requests had we made them. We were busy enjoying the beautiful property and having fun. The view from the room is better than I expected for ground level but I did miss the open open view from the upper level properties. This ground floor unit worked our perfect for our older family member. She was able to be active without worrying about elevators and stairs. I highly recommend this property.

Nice place, but needs some serious attention

We enjoyed our stay in this villa. It is as nice as it looks from the website. The staff are helpful and available. There are some issues that need to be resolved however, to make this place worth the extra price you pay-- 1. The Ranger was not working during our entire stay. Reported the problem, but was not resolved during our stay nor were we given any discount or credit for not having access to the ranger during our week long stay. 2. Faucets in master need to be replaced or fixed. We could not turn one of them off until we found the right combination of turning both full 360 degrees. 3. Hot tub has no control panel to guests. Temperature was burning hot or mildly cool. Runs 24/7 just outside master bedroom and is noisy. 4. Games and puzzles are all missing pieces and unusable. 5. Tenants in highrise above villa were throwing crushed soda cans down on top of villa. 6. Largest pool is freezing cold and no one uses it. 7. No instructions in the villa for using phone system, ranger, washing machines, drinkable water, Grill, etc. 8. Grill is old, and electric starter is not working. Using matches and lost some armhair :) Rocky point is relaxing, but definitely get ready to pay tourist prices for everything.

Will Never Rent Here Again

I rented this place for three nights during Bike Week. One of the main reasons I rented it was because it had a private hot tub. We're thinking the hot tub would be great for night caps when we return and mimosas in the morning ... I texted the owner to inform them about my disappointment over the hot tub. The owner responded and stated "Thank you for the message and sharing. I’m truly sorry about the jacuzzi not working. Unfortunately the motor burnt out last weekend and the parts needed to get this replaced have not come in yet. It was supposed to be in on Tuesday. Our goal and intent was to get this working for your stay and we didn’t expect we would have an issue and I can assure you the team down there working on this tried everything they can. I was on a call with the tech yesterday and he is still hopeful to get something going today; however, I don’t have any updates as of yet so I cannot make any promises. I will certainly keep you posted and I will be crossing my fingers that the parts they need come in today." - I never heard back from the owner after that during my stay. After I returned I emailed the owner and again stated my displeasure and that there should be some form of discount because of our inability to use the jacuzzi. I was told "I sympathize for your situation, and I’m truly sorry that the Jacuzzi was not working for your stay. Situations like this are something I have no control over and we do not guarantee a luxury amenity like this 100% functional at all times. The private jacuzzi disclaimer is noted under the amenities sections on the VRBO page where you booked this villa stating that the jacuzzi might not be working due to unforeseen circumstances. There are many other alternatives that you have in the community such as additional jacuzzi, heated pools, etc. Also, your request to get a refund wasn’t until after you already checked out. If you would have called me prior to you checking in then I could have offered you some alternative places to stay." Ridiculous. First, I had already communicated the concern and the owner was supposed to be looking into it. Second, it was bike week. You aren't going to find a find a similar place that late in the game. (It's why you book six months in advance.) The owner failed to provide what was listed, did not respond back after saying he was looking into it, and then went on to advise me that it was tough luck; "look at the fine print. They lost a customer in me.

They have several pools, Jacuzzis, swim up pool bar, pool side eateries, work out gym, banana boat rides, para-sailing, jet ski rentals, horseback riding, UTV rentals, you name it.... Not only is this our favorite fun resort, we hope to provide you with the best villa to enjoy your stay in.
