Our 2BR condo, just steps from Weirs Beach, is your ideal base for fun-filled days exploring the area. Snowmobile or ATV on endless trails, hike the White Mountain National Forest, or wander the seacoast - then come home to comfort!
The fully equipped kitchen boasts full-sized appliances, cookware, and kitchenware for effortless dining in or out.
Feel the charm reminiscent of a lakeside cabin in the main bedroom with its quaint wood paneling and ensuite bath. The guest room offers two twin beds and shares a bathroom with the common space. Need extra sleeping space? The open living area features a sleep sofa.

Step outside to the partially private patio, opening to a grassy area for a breath of fresh air.

No pets or smoking, but enjoy free Wi-Fi, linens, and towels.

Quiet & Comfortable

The property was a short drive from the beach. It was clean and comfortable. The office had contacted me about a week in advance and informed me about how to get the keys for the unit. Unfortunately, only the entrances to the units are lit. This made it a bit difficult to identify the building at night. Apart from that, the only other issue we had was with the Wi-Fi. It kept going in and out. I ended up going to the library so that I could get a proper Wi-Fi connection as I got called from work and needed to get online. Tried using the Mobile Hotspot but that did not work properly either due to weak signal. Apart from this, we did not have any other issues. The place was very quiet and comfortable. And a short drive from downtown Laconia as well as Guilford & Meredith.

Great place for the Weirs Beach Area

We had an excellent stay at the property. It is walking distance (if you don't mind Tower Hill) to Weirs Beach and close to area attractions such as Funspot and Meredith Center. The condo had a nice outdoor area to sit in and was quiet. The staff was very responsive to some issues we ran into. My only critique is a better eplanation of the after hours arrival process.

Coolvacay is new to Lake Winnipesaukee in 2022. The location of Village of Winnipesaukee is a great value for vacationers. Only blocks from Weirs Beach along Lake Winnipesaukee. Winter and summer activities to be enjoyed by all!
