We had a great stay for my daughter’s graduation weekend. The owners/house manager were very responsive, accommodating with an early check in, the house was clean with great space exactly as pictured, and the proximity to The Pearl cannot be beat. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect place in every way! Could not ask for a better location to access the Pearl District shops and restaurants. It’s about a 4 minute walk. The home was well stocked with towels and dishes. The coffee bar was great! Hosts were very quick with all requests. Living area is large with a big dining room table included. 4 king sized beds were a perfect fit for extended families. Really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent Location! An easy short walk to Pearl District. Property was clean and well stocked. Property manager was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend this vacation property.

Great Stay

Loved how each floor had its own bedroom/space - made or really easy to share. Great location close to the pearl. Host was very accessible and helpful. Definitely will stay here again!

We were in town for my sons Air Force graduation ceremony and this placed works great for family, I think there was six of us and enjoyed the three minute walkto the Pearl district

Trinity University Graduation Weekend

Loved the property and the layout. It allowed all of us to stay comfortably and the location was perfect for access to the Pearl and Trinity University.

SA trip with the girls

Clean stay and great location!

Love staying with River City Hosting! Greeted with chips and salsa and Topo Chico! Perfect location next to the Pearl. So well appointed for a family with toddlers. Thank you for making our stay so nice.

Amazing Property and Location

We all enjoyed this beautiful property. The location is steps to the Pearl. The property is very clean, beautifully decorated and includes all the amenities you will need. We have already booked it for our future visit.

Great Location for UTSA game & Activities

My family and I had a great time. The location was incredible in both its proximity to the Alamodome, as well as the Pearl Brewery area. It was clean and my family and I all enjoyed all the room, as well as the accomodations. We had an incredible time and highly recommend it to everyone.

Plenty of space and close to the Pearl

Easy access to restaurants and Riverwalk. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Kitchen well appointed. Short walk to the museum of art. Lots of stairs so be aware if limited mobility. Otherwise amazing!

Clean and comfortable

This is an excellent property and a good location steps away from pearl street. Our only complaint was that we had to walk pretty far and through two gates to take the trash out. They should provide cans in the garage.

Visit to San Antonio November 8-18

The unit is large, well-appointed, and extremely convenient - just about a 2-3 minute walk to The Pearl. The property managers were very responsive to inquiries and requests. There is a lot of construction in the area, which meant that views from the balconies were not attractive, and nearby public parking lots were closed. But street parking was free and very available, and the area seemed quite safe to walk in, even late at night. Lots of good restaurants, coffee places, and bars nearby, and lots of shops in The Pearl. The area is very convenient to the airport and much of the city via 281, Broadway, and other major streets.

Luxury townhouse @ The Pearl

The townhouse was very clean and convenient. We had lots of room. We each had our own bedroom and bath. New modern kitchen. Lots of fresh air from the sliding glass balcony doors and screened windows. Black out shades and the most comfy beds and pillows. The best part was we could walk tow blocks to be on the Riverwalk or the Pearl. Management was quick to respond to any questions we had. They even provided unscented dish soap and hand soap to accommodate to accommodate our special requests.

My first visit to San Antonio

We were in town for my sons AF boot camp graduation. I wanted to find a place close to the River Walk and amenities. This was a perfect fit. The area is in transition and receiving meaningful investment/improvements. It will only be more appealing over time. The townhome was in immaculate shape and there wasn't anything we needed. Everything was high end and very comfortable. Having access to the garage for our rental car was a nice touch. We walked over to The Pearl each day (a short block away) and getting to the AF base was easy from this area. If I am back in SA for any reason, I will book this place again without looking elsewhere. It was a great value for what you get.

Overall this is a great location and super close to Pearl. Plenty of space for our group of 5. Matteesss and bed liners are nice and a step up from most rental furnishings. Unit is same as photos except there are some noticeable cracks in walls from unit settling and also it needs a fresh coat of paint. Unit has been well used and the walls show it. Minor issue that there wasn’t any tea in the coffee / tea service as described in listing. 2 other significant issues that came up :1. There is a very loud vibration noise in the master bedroom when the ac is running. It’s so loud it woke me up in the middle of the night several times and I had to put earplugs in so that I could sleep. I assume it’s from the condenser unit which may be on the roof over the master bedroom.2. All 4 ceiling fans in the house can be controlled by any of the fan remotes. I set the fan in the master and then it changed settings when someone in a different room used their fan remote. This was extremely annoying as I couldn’t use the fan without someone else changing it. There were smaller fans in the upstairs closets but they didn’t have as good as coverage as the ceiling fans. Overall, The location was great and we had plenty of space for our group. And we appreciated the nicer mattresses and bed linens.

Work Trip

Lovely property. Great walking distance to the Pearl District. Clean and tidy on the inside. Well appointed. The one concern I had is that I booked this property thinking there was a 5th space for 2 twin beds when in fact they are only inflatable mattresses.
