We wanted to inform you about current development that might affect your stay with us. Across the street from our establishment, there is a vacant lot in process of demolition. This means that there will be increased noise levels due to construction activities, presence of workers in the area. Additionally, there might be disruptions to through traffic.

We have total 8 apartments you see on the photos, all are private with their own entrance and for Your sole use. We have put our heart and soul into each every one of them. They are very similar in style and comfort, and they all have one common denominator - love and care for or guests while keeping the integrity of the building structure to fit in with the historic nature of Victoria park

One bedroom with a king size bed, sumptuous linen is a comfortable sleeping option for two people. With cool simplicity, stylish linen and neutral colours, the space exude calm comfort ensuring restful nights.

✔ Bathroom
Gleaming bathroom in white chic design, sleek and comfy, fully equipped with a shower and a vanity area. Towels, hairdryer and free toiletries are provided for our guests.

✔ Kitchen
Open concept fully fitted kitchen is has all the amenities you`ll need to cook up your own, or your first Key Lime Pie.

✔ Living / Dining Area
In the living room / dining area fused with the kitchen, you will find a cozy sofa, armchairs. After a vibrant day exploring the enchanting area, have a glance at the flat-screen TV or simply relax over a chat and hashtag the best photos of the day. We have a couch in the living room for an additional person, if need be.

The apartment is located in an apartment building. All our Courtyard King apartments have 1 bedroom, full kitchen, living / dining area and private bathroom. Access to the shared outdoors area, bbq grill, outdoor seating and laundry facilities.
