This property is a custom 3 bed , 2 bath home built in 2022. Main floor has a great open floor plan, ready to host your family gatherings! Kitchen equipped with all new appliances and stocked with all essentials. The master is located on the main floor with king bed and attached full bath; 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located upstairs with shared full bath and large loft area for relaxing. Outdoors enjoy the fire-pit or relax on the deck. 1.2 miles to downtown! Walking distance to adjacent hiking trails and just a 12 minute walk to Kelleys Island Winery!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly matched the description. It was stocked with absolutely every amenity we needed, making our trip completely stress-free. On top of that, the location is unbeatable— convenient for getting around and exploring. We would definitely stay here again

This was our 2nd year of staying here. The house is very nice and great location! We do wish there were blinds in the doors. Will definitely be back next year. It’s becoming a annual girls trip.

This was a great stay on Kelley’s Island! We stayed with a toddler and baby and it was very kid friendly, easy to baby proof, quiet, and well located to everything on the island. The house has great amenities and having a washer and dryer is a huge bonus! There’s also bath tubs which is nice for the whole family as well as games and plenty of room for the kids to play inside and out. We definitely hope to be back!

Our family enjoy staying in the beautiful and family friendly home. The home was immaculately clean and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need available. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. Check in and check out procedures were clear and easy to follow. I will look to visit this properly in the future and highly recommend it to others.

This is an incredible place to stay!! Great location and the place was spotless and has everything you will need. We stayed for 10 days and just loved this property! One of the nicest on the island. This is a MUST rental for sure. Very new and very clean and the host was so easy to get a hold of. We will be back 1000%!

This my family’s 2nd time staying here and had a great time. No complaints at all and was a great quiet location but not a far drive/bike ride into town. Will stay here again for sure!
