Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and private oasis! You’ll have access to a private pool (April- September). POOL IS OPEN!!! Root for your two favorite teams in the billiards lounge, featuring two 55 inch 4k TVs. The double capacity hammock allows you to stargaze with your favorite person. Go down memory lane with vintage arcade games or hit the sticks on the Xbox One that is pre-loaded with NBA2k25, Madden25, C.O.D Black Ops 6, WWE 2K24 and Fortnite. You can have a Nerf War to show the kids who’s boss or roast marshmallows around the fire pit. If you are enjoying the pool but don’t want to miss your favorite show, you don’t have to compromise. The outdoor theater features a 150” screen and 8-12 person seating. Rest in this diverse yet quiet neighborhood minutes away from shopping and family fun! You can travel anywhere in the city in 20 minutes. Enjoy a night on the town and then retreat from the hustle and bustle.

Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Everything you could need close by. Our visit was to just relax with cousins and catch up. We are a very mature group (old). Very, very nice outdoor set up. Great correspondence with owner.

Great getaway

We loved the location, pool and game room. 4 teen boys had a great time and all the moms got to hang out and catch up. Communication with owner was fast and helpful. Only thing that could have been better was that the floors needed a good mopping.

So much fun!

We had an amazing time on our annual get away with the grandkids. The house was spotlessly clean with lots of hang out spaces. The backyard is perfect! We enjoyed the pool and all the beautiful rose bushes along with the outdoor theater. Quiet neighborhood with everything we needed near by and an easy drive into the city for sightseeing. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Got the job done

The property is generally what you are going for by pictures. I was led to believe the neighborhood was a little nicer, but the proximity to town was decent. There was pet hair all over the beds and furniture, and the floors weren't as clean as they could have been. We ended up buying sheets to use for our stay. The host was responsive and courteous.

Great family friendly stay in a quiet neighborhood!

This was a family getaway with four adults and six children. It accommodated us well. The kids enjoyed the game room and there was plenty of room for us to have our own space. Plenty of space for two cars to park under the covered space. The neighborhood was quiet, but location was great as we could quickly access plenty of shops and restaurants. Owner was quick in communication for any questions we had.

This property was exactly what we needed. There are local stores nearby that you can go to if needed. The property was very nice. The home has a lot of nice touches that are very accommodating. The game room was very nice as well. Plenty of entertainment. We will definitely book with this property again

Had a weekend family stay for one of my children’s birthdays. She had a blast and said it was the best weekend ever. There is so much to do from the pool, to the arcade, to the outdoor projector screen, and full kitchen appliances. My children were entertained all weekend and did not want to leave! Thank you!

Great family vacation home!

We had an amazing family vacation at this home. Swimming pool and arcade room were added bonuses. We enjoyed movies by the pool at night. Pool table and darts inside kept all entertained as well! So much to do at this house along side relaxing. Close to many Memphis attraction. Kitchen could use a frying pan and baking sheet. Overall an awesome place! Will stay here again when we come back to Memphis.

Excellent house!

Had a wonderful stay. Pool was great in the Memphis summer! Great communication with the owner, always answered me very quickly. Big fenced in yard that our dogs loved. Lots of paper products available (some places that is a problem but not here!) The massage chair was heaven. Crockpot was a nice bonus. Very close to stores, gas, even hospitals! Very easy to get to Graceland and downtown Memphis. Would definitely rent this house again!

Wonderful home

Adam was very helpful when we had a question. He responds quickly. The upstairs bathroom had leak under the sink and when we reported it he answered quickly and thanked us for letting him know. The stove didn’t heat up very well so we didn’t cook on stove top but the grill was perfect. We enjoyed our stay.
