This family friendly 3-bedroom 2 bath home is in a prime neighborhood between the Historic District of Downtown Fort Myers and the beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, & Fort Myers Beach. For the golfers, the home is walking distance to the Edison Country Club golf course which is open to the public. For the kiddos, there is a neighborhood park next door with walking paths and sidewalks throughout. You are 3 miles from downtown and 10 miles from the sunny beaches. There is a huge fenced in backyard, lots of room for your furry friend, a fire pit, workout post if you want to bring your TRX, screened in patio, and an open floor plan. The newly renovated Fort Myers Aquatic Center is also only 1.4 miles away for your enjoyment.
About the Space:
LIVING AREA:
When you walk through the front door you will find yourself in an open kitchen and dining area. In the Kitchen you will have stainless steel appliances and all the necessities needed to cook a home cooked meal. The kitchen flows into the cozy living room equipped with a smart tv and fast wi-fi.
BACKYARD:
Through the backdoor you walk into a family sized enclosed patio with outdoor furniture, hammocks, a grill, and outdoor sink. The yard is very spacious and fenced in completely for your furry companions!
MASTER BEDROOM:
The master has a full bath attached to the room, equipped with a queen size bed and space for clothes, etc. The full bath has a tiled walk-in shower.
BEDROOM #2:
This large bedroom gives users the opportunity to watch shows on a projector screen!
OFFICE/ BEDROOM#3:
The office has a spacious desk and desk chair. The couch is also a pull-out couch!
BATHROOM 2:
This bathroom has the rub/shower feature.

Welcome to the home of Tori, Brooke, and Jagger. We love living in SWFL and we love the outdoors. On our free days you can catch us at the Lighthouse Beach on Sanibel Island, exploring a nearby State Park, or relaxing at a restaurant downtown. We decided to rent our space to allow others to enjoy all of SWFL has to offer. We hope you enjoy it just as much as us!
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Welcome to our humble abode. Our property is located in a family neighborhood that is walking distance to the neighborhood park and Fort Myers Country Club Golf Course. Just 10 minutes down the road you could find yourself shopping at Edison Mall, walking throughout Downtown Fort Myers, or exploring the historic Edison and Ford Home. Love the beach? Find yourself sitting on the sand of Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Captiva with just around a 20-minute drive from the property. Our favorite part of the home is our patio. Sitting in the screened in patio and watching the sky as the sun goes down is so peaceful. The fenced in yard is perfect for children or your furry pet.
