Our second stay and certainly not the last!

We have stayed here once already in 2024, told family about it who stayed in 2025, and we are back again for our second year. Love this room and all it has to offer our family. Comfy beds, perfect views and beach access.

Wonderful unit. Very clean and well stocked. Great location with direct access to the beach as well as to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location with great beaches

Stayed a full week with my wife and kids over spring break. We loved the beaches and the heated pool/ hot tub. The location was close enough to restaurants and other attractions, but still far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.Don’t miss the beautiful sunrises A!

Sea Dunes 202

Enjoyed this condo. View of the Gulf was great. Comfortable beds and great closet space. Kitchen was well equipped, easy to use. Would really have liked a recliner or at the very least an ottoman so we could have put our legs up. All in all very enjoyable vacation.

Sea Dunes 202

As a rental owner myself of a ski condo, I looked at this condo with different eyes and I will say, this condo was outstanding. Well appointed and well stocked. The location is amazing with sunsets that are incredible.

Beautiful decor, property is right on the beach, pool on the side of the building, parking is located at the building, wonderful views of tge ocean, lots of space, laundry and dryer in apartment, amazing place, fantastic location, highly recommend

We stayed here 2 years now. Clean & fully stockedwith everything you would need for a home away from home. Right there on the beach, what else can you ask for. Plus close to shopping and restuarants. Highly recommend.

So thankful to have found Sunset Resort. My family and I were heading down last minute and found a beautiful ocean front condo with Sunset Resort. They communicated very quickly and clearly. We will definitely be booking with them for future vacations!

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo with amazing views. We were there Memorial Day weekend and this part of the beach was very quiet, family oriented. Our family tried several restaurants around the unit but we found that the ones in Destin, in our opinion, were better. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Great stay at Okaloosa Island

Great location close enough to restaurants but far enough away. Small building with not a lot of other people which we loved. No wait for the elevator. It was clean and just like the pictures. A little small for us but there was 7 of us but was perfect too haha. Very quiet location. Right at the beach. We would definitely stay again!!

Condo’s bathrooms need upgrades. Old tubs and they were hard to get out of. Owners need to put at least one shower unit in and get a new tub in other bathroom or put a shower in. If my husband wasn’t there I wouldn’t be able to open patio doors to balcony. Overall condo building needs upgrades.

Great Stay

The best part of the condo was the easy access to the beach and the gulf front view. The condo itself was reasonably clean. The beds were comfortable for everyone. The unit had been remodeled in the last few years which was nice. The master shower didn't drain well and the kitchen was missing some essentials like a pizza pan and the wine cork screw was broken. Minor inconveniences but fully expected given the price point. Parking was convenient and everyone staying in the units were friendly and quiet at night which was a plus. Would stay again.

Wonderful place, a bit pricey and too crowded

We love the condo, very nice, very clean, spacious and newly renovated :) Unfortunately for us, the prices at Sea Dunes have become too high to fight the crowded beach. We've been coming for ten years and this will be our last. Unfortunately the water was horrible. Thick algae and seaweed. 2 week stay and only able to go in the water for 3 days! yuck! such a rare thing for Okaloosa! Maybe avoid late August.

Great experience

Everything about the condo was great, I have no complaints other than the pool isn’t very big. But that won’t keep us from booking a stay again! It was also perfect distance from so many fun activities and restaurants

Perfect for our family

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The beach was so close and the views were beautiful. Perfect spot to watch fireworks on the pier. We would love to visit again.

Perfect beach getaway!

This was my second time visiting Unit 202, and it was a return visit due to all of the plusses with this space. The furnishings make you feel like you're in a home away from home (not outdated as many Florida coast condos can be) and the kitchen is fully stocked for whatever meals you decide to prepare. Four of the most important (and valued) features are the fact that 1) the condo is beachfront, only steps away from the water, 2) beach service is included each day (two chairs and one umbrella), 3) covered parking, and 4) carts available for transporting luggage from your car to the condo (very helpful for arrival and departure). Close access to Publix, gas stations and waterfront restaurants. The location is only 15 minutes away from Destin if you're looking for more restaurant options. Highly recommended and we'll be back!
