Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms give your group space to spread out. The first-floor master suite includes direct access to the pool area, a king bed, a walk-in closet, a Smart TV, a rain shower, a soaking tub, a bidet, and a ceiling fan. A second master suite upstairs features a king bed, a Smart TV, and a ceiling fan. Additional options include a Mickey-themed room with twin beds, a beach-themed room with two queen beds, and a fifth bedroom with a queen bed, each with a Smart TV and ceiling fan. The family room offers a queen pull-out bed with a memory foam mattress for extra flexibility.

Outdoor living
You can enjoy the private outdoor pool and spa throughout the year, with screened surroundings that make the area comfortable in all seasons typical to Central Florida. Outdoor seating, two patio umbrellas, and a gas grill create a relaxed environment for gathering or taking a break between outings. A half bathroom sits just off the family room with convenient access from the pool deck.

Game room and family amenities
The air-conditioned game room includes a pool table, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, chess, arcade games, and board games, along with a 55-inch Smart TV and a ceiling fan. Younger guests have access to a children’s playroom with toys, books, and games, as well as an outdoor playground on the property. A crib, pack ’n play, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and baby safety gates make the space family-ready.

Kitchen and dining
A spacious kitchen with a large island, a stainless steel single oven, a GE stainless steel electric stove, and full cooking essentials offers what you need for preparing meals at home. A dining area sits beside the kitchen and opens to the family room where you’ll find a sectional sofa, a 65-inch Smart TV, and generous natural light from the large sliding doors. Coffee, a toaster, a hot water kettle, and other kitchen basics are available. A dedicated workspace is set in a room with a door for privacy.

Comfort and safety

The home includes central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans throughout, free washer and dryer access, room-darkening shades, and ample clothing storage. Exterior security cameras are positioned at the front and back, facing only outside. Smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are provided.

Located in Clermont near major roadways, you are positioned for easy access to nearby attractions, shops, restaurants, and local conveniences.
