Privata hem tvärs över gatan från stranden. Riverfront med båt och RV slip för dig att använda under din vistelse.

Inbäddat på de vita sandstränderna i Perdido Key, är detta den ultimata beach house. På övervåningen finns ett stort vardagsrum med två utdragbara soffor, två sovrum, ett loft med två fulla sängar, ett fullt utrustat kök och ett badrum. Bottenvåningen är en separat lägenhet med en stor säng, badrum och tvättstuga. Ingen strand flyktbilen är komplett utan massor av utomhus bostadsyta. På övervåningen har en stor sjal runt veranda med en 360 graders utsikt över vackra Perdido Key, Ole River, Ono Island och Orange Beach. Nedervåningen finns en stor täckt utomhus utrymme perfekt för att läsa, koka räkor, grilla ut, eller bara komma ut i solen i några minuter. Det finns också ett stort avtäckt däck och en brygga över Ole River med fisk rengöring station och en båt slip stor nog för alla mittkonsolen. Uppfarten sträcker sig längs huset och har en 30amp hookup för en husbil eller RV.

Stranden är lättillgänglig och det finns en stol hyra station tvärs över gatan. Också inom gångavstånd är den världsberömda Flora-Bama Lounge, Flora-Bama Yacht Club, den nya Ole River Bar, Flora-Bama Lounge och paket, en våffla House (spännande, rätt ??)Och ett par bensinstationer.

Another great year

We had a fantastic week at Summersaltz, as usual! We loved throwing our cast net from the pier, walking over to the beach at the Flora-Bama, and utilizing the sidewalk through Perdido Key.

May 2023 FloraBama Trip

What a great place! It was just what we needed and had everything you could imagine within a few hundred steps to the white sandy beaches and FloraBama. It was just two of us so we stayed in the comfy bedroom downstairs! Thanks, Grant! We hope to make it back next year! -RJ & CC

Family Fun

This place is perfect for a family vacation. The house is spacious and has everything you need. We fished and crabbed from the dock. (cooked and ate our catch) Of course went to the beach (5 minute walk) Played games at the downstairs bar area. Rented a pontoon near by(great people!), docked at our location for loading, cruised and saw stingrays and dolphins and visited swimming areas. We kayacked, canoed and longboarded around the river. We will be back often:) Owner is a pleasure to deal with! Highly recomend this rental.

I will have to admit that when it comes to Summersaltz I am biased! We have visited here often and it just does not get much better than this home. It has everything you need right there. You could literally never leave the house and have a great vacation! Swim, Boat, Kayak, Paddleboard, Jet Ski, Crab, Fish, play games, cook and eat, relax, party....the list goes on. It has everything you need. Add to that its very central location to...well everything in the area and you have the perfect spot. Our family will be back soon!! Thanks to the Saltz's for sharing this wonderful home.

Wat an AMAZING house!

This is hands down one of the best vacations I have experienced in a while :) The house if full of the items needed to complete your vacation without the stress of having to purchase those "extras" in order to have the vacation you planned. There is everything from grills to burners for a crawfish or shrimp boil. I spent most of my time during the week in the recliner by the waters edge. It was so relaxing to work from here on the wifi that reaches all the way to the end of the pier! I am a virtual teacher and this was a wonderful place to mix a little work and jump in the boat every evening to take that sunset ride from our own private dock :) If you have a boat, don' t leave it at home! You will not be dissappointed! This house has plenty of bankets and bedding for the rooms as well as the pull out couches, pots and pans, spices, washer and dryer, 2 refrigerators( the gas grill is not really an option because it needs a new grate; however, the charcoal grill was perfect), a wonderful bar and grill area under the house, 2 tv's in the bar area as well as 2 large shop fans mounted to the roof in the bar area for plenty of air on those summer days, fantastic lighting, one bathroom upstairs where the two bedrooms and loft are located, one bathroom in the master suite downstairs which is very nice along with a flat screen tv of it's own, one outside bathroom located in the bar area which has a shower as well, a nice pinic table on a deck built adjacent to the bar area, a nice sundeck with hammocks and recliners( beware because one of the wooden recliners is broken but the rest are fine :), a paddle board with a paddle which is more difficult than it looks... haha(yes...I tried that! It was fun! ), a kayak with a paddle( I could not find the sling back seat to it but it worked ok ), the ice machine is broken but I spoke with the owner and he already has another one to put in it's place, crab baskets, beach toys for the kiddos, a few beach chairs, kids dip nets, 2 small fishing poles, etc....there are so many items it is hard to remember! The owner is friendly, very informative, and prompt. If you are looking for relaxaion at a great price in a wonderful locaton, this is THE PLACE TO BE :) Thanks Grant! My family had a wonderful time:)

Awesome Vacation

SummerSaltz is the perfect location! Close to Flora-Bama, Yacht Club, and beach. Also great hanging out at SummerSaltz's outside bar area and boatslip dock. Looking forward to a return visit.

FloraBama fun

Excellent location for short walk to FloraBama and no parking worries, nice newer deck for fishing and swimming or catching some sun. Short walk to beach is ok but not marked.

Perfect Location

We loved being able to hang outside rain or shine with the awesome under deck space. Walking to the beach was so easy and it was great playing on the river. Several restaurants in walking/kayaking distance. Fun for the whole family!

Very special-one of a kind beach house

We felt like the owners just invited us in! What's theirs was ours. What an amazing, fun place. The downstairs bar/grilling space, boardwalks, hammocks, dock and beautiful riverfront was perfect for my husband's week-long birthday celebration. Past visitors left messages on the bar posts. The outside bathroom has a urinal made from a keg. It goes on and on. Would love to meet our hosts, the special family who built this vacation home. Really guys, you have to see Summer Saltz!

Family and friend Beach trip

We love this little cottage by the sea. @summersaltz is a one of a kind place. Cozy, with all the amenities of home. Your own private dock to go canoeing and crabbing. Great spot and walking distance to the FloraBama! Can't wait to book and stay again! Thank you!!

This was our 2nd visit to the property! It’s perfect for our large family ! Lots of room and plenty of entertainment right there at the house! The teens entertained themselves with kayaking while the adults enjoying outdoor kitchen area!
