This pristine ocean view suite is fondly named after the ownerâs beloved longhaired dachshund, Greer. It features modern dĂ©cor, and is well appointed for a short getaway or an extended stay. Located on the second floor with spectacular views of the ocean and in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. There is assigned off street parking for 1 car only. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.

You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.
You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required
No smoking, No pets
Check IN is after 4PM
Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.
This unit is Self-Check in you will receive check in instructions VIA EMAIL 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Bring your own beach chairs & towels.
