Small fridge and freezer. Sink. Ideal to cook small meals/snacks.
There is no work space for a laptop and office chair, other than the balcony chairs and table pictured.
You have access to the whole complex, shared pool - as well as shared hot tub. You also have your own private hot tub on your private balcony.

You can easily rent a bike in town close by the apartment and ride to the beach, or jaunt around town.
Walk to the main road of Tulum in 5 minutes â for shopping, restaurants, and more. (1 minute on bike or ATV)
Right of Kukulkan road to the beach â be at the beach in 5 min on the ATV.
We rent the ATV â all insurance, fees, everything, for $50 a day or $105 for 3 full days.
Taxis are available just on the road front of the building.
By pedal bike, get there in 12 minutes down a newly paved road to the beach.
Free parking in front of the property, 24hrs security.

By pedal bike, get there in 12 minutes down a newly paved road to the beach, you can easily rent a bike or scooter in town close buy the apartment.

This is technically a clothing optional place, but i have gone weeks without seeing any nude people before. Generally in the pool is the only place you might see some nude people. I have never seen nude people elsewhere in the complex.

It is a jewel located in Tulum town centre, far enough from the crowd and noises and close enough to everything!
- 10 min driving to the wonderful Tulum beach (right off the Kukulcan road)
- 10 min walking or 3 min driving to town centre
- close by some of the best restaurants, bars, shops in Tulum
Each unit has a private heated jacuzzi on private balcony, most have private roof top pool, and Intima offers an amazing comunal pool with pool bar.
Fast WIFI, 24 hrs security, free parking, and all of our units are full-equipped.
