Welcome to our charming two-bedroom ground-floor condo, conveniently located just blocks from the inviting shores of Weirs Beach. Whether you're here to embark on exciting day trips or to explore the natural wonders of the surrounding area, our cozy retreat offers the perfect home base for your adventures.
Our condo offers an equipped kitchen with full sized appliances and cookware, providing you with the flexibility to whip up delicious meals at your leisure. Accommodations include a comfortable queen main bedroom with an attached bath for added convenience and a guest bedroom featuring two twin beds. The main living area offers additional sleeping arrangements with a pull-out sofa and easy access to the hall bathroom, accommodating a maximum of six guests.
But the amenities don't stop there! On-site, you'll find tennis courts, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, and a children's play area—perfect for keeping the whole family entertained. Coolvacay is new to Lake Winnipesaukee in 2022. The location of Village of Winnipesaukee is a great value for vacationers. Only blocks from Weirs Beach along Lake Winnipesaukee. Winter and summer activities to be enjoyed by all!
