Welcome to Our 2BR Condo in Laconia, NH, Near Lake Winnipesaukee!
Just 15 minutes from Gunstock Ski Area, our condo is the perfect spot for your winter getaway. Whip up delicious meals in our equipped kitchen, complete with cookware and major appliances. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, while the guest bedroom has two twin beds. With a sofa bed in the living area, we can comfortably host up to six guests.
On-Site Amenities: Enjoy a game of tennis, take a dip in the seasonal outdoor pool, or let the kids play in the children’s area. Feel free to fire up the grills for a barbecue, and make use of our convenient laundry facilities. Trailer parking is also available for your convenience.
Accessibility Note: Please note that our elevated condo requires stair access, and while it’s not handicap accessible, we’re happy to assist with any mobility concerns—just let us know!

Coolvacay is new to Lake Winnipesaukee in 2022. The location of Village of Winnipesaukee is a great value for vacationers. Only blocks from Weirs Beach along Lake Winnipesaukee. Winter and summer activities to be enjoyed by all!
