Locals and visitors alike love Frisco! It’s just a short drive to six world-class ski resorts, and it the summer, there’s easy access to hiking/biking trails and Dillon Reservoir. And this townhome in a quiet Frisco neighborhood is the perfect spot for you and your family and friends to enjoy everything that Summit County has to offer!

Racer's Edge Townhome is a lovingly updated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home that’s perfect for families or groups of up to eight people. The living area has large windows for a bright, airy feel and views of the mountains; your crew will enjoy lounging and trading stories about the day's mountain adventures or catching a movie on the flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful granite counters, stainless steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up fantastic meals and snacks. There’s seating for six at the dining table and four at the counter.

Just outside, there’s a deck with a gas grill overlooking Frisco's iconic Mount Royal! And if you need to catch up on emails, the loft has a convenient desk/work area — and of course, Wi-Fi is complementary throughout the home.

Other amenities include a full-size washer/dryer and parking for three vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Racers Edge property is in a great location, quiet neighborhood and close to a beautiful park on Ten Mile Creek. It is a walking distance to downtown Frisco. The furnishings & appliances are very nice. There is plenty of room for 8 guests. The sofa bed in the lower level is not comfortable, some springs undone, so we had grandchildren sleep on the sofa itself. The staff at Summit Mountain Rentals was very attentive to our various requests with quick responses. The views from the unit are spectacular especially as the sun sets. We loved our stay and hope to return in the near future.

Great stay at Racers Edge!

We had 8 people stay over the week of Thanksgiving. The house was great and had plenty of room for all of us. Beautiful views and located in a nice neighborhood in Frisco that is close to everything.

Great view and location.

Loved the view and location. Would have been nice to have patio furniture. The listing also stated as a King bed and one queen bed. When we received the pre check in email it was changed to two queens instead. Otherwise we were very pleased!

Beautiful home

Just the right amount of space for the 5 of us. We all got a bed and could still fit more people. The house has a great set-up and is close to the mountains 10-15 min drive. Summit mgmt was a bit of a headache but eventually got what I needed.

Family Fun in Frisco

We spent the week before Christmas with our family skiing at Copper Mountain. Location of the house was perfect to enjoy all the restaurants and shops on Main St and just a short drive to the mountain. The house was a relaxing 15 min walk to Main Street which we enjoyed. Grocery stores were also easily accessible. Home was comfortable for us all and well appointed.

Good overall however it lacked some things

Basically it was a nice place to go to the various ski hills. The main essentials it needed was in the kitchen. Not enough plates, cutlery etc. (we actually added some to their drawer - no charge !,) there were 5 of us and constantly had to use the dishwasher. No tea pot, needed scrub sponges. The heat was difficult to manage. It was always too hot even when the thermostat was turned down.

A lot of issues

Received a call at the time of the check in that the house had a problem with the sink and dishwasher. I try to cancel the booking, but there aren’t property available to book in a hurry. The house was not properly clean, the mattress were really bad, the sink and the dishwasher was really not working. The heater was on 65 but inside the house was very hard to keep the temperature bellow 80. I hope just me had this issue. The house have a very good location, but I had the worse time during the 4 days that I spent there.

Fantastic Frisco Find

Delightful unit that fit my family of 6 perfectly. The unit is spacious, including “hang-out” areas for kids while dinner is prepped. Overall clean and updated feel. Bathroom on each floor. Large coat rack with 6 cubbies for gloves/hats/etc. Nice new fridge with water and ice dispenser. Dishwasher with included soap tablets. Large washer/dryer also with soap. Hot shower. Soft towels. Extra blankets. Furnishings are all top notch and nice. Large dining room table for meals and game nights. Easy quick access to the car rather than many flights of stairs that some condo units require. I parked out front because of my car topper, but the heated garage is an added bonus for sure! We didn’t experience being too hot like some prior reviewers. We had plenty of cookware to make home meals. Main Street Frisco is a 3 minute drive away, with lots of food options and gear rental shops. Starbucks is less than 5 minutes away on the way to the slopes. Property manager communication was top notch. Master bed is comfortable if not just a bit soft. We rewashed the master shams. There were intermittent odd clunking noises in the ceiling/walls heard from the master in the basement which may be water dripping in the pipes late at night? Not loud enough to prevent sleeping after a day of skiing, but if you’re a super light sleeper, maybe consider sleeping upstairs. Overall would definitely stay here again. The price was a steal for what you get and the awesome location.

Racers Edge in Frisco

I booked this unit for a month. Upon arrival, we had about six wine glasses and four drinking glasses. The kitchen had the bare essentials, but for the price I paid for a month, this was not a well-equipped kitchen. The coffee pot was also broken, and I requested a new one, but it didn't show up until 2 days later, so I bought another one for the time being. The unit did not have a dustpan or a vacuum. I had to call to request trash pickup, as they said it would be picked up at the end of my stay, which was 30 days, and that would not have been acceptable. The unit itself was very nice, clean, and conveniently located. Considering the property description, I paid a lot of money for the unit and had high expectations. The property managers quickly responded to my text and helped anytime we needed, but not in an accurate, timely matter. I would suggest that the owners and property managers. I will be skeptical about booking another unit managed by this company in the future. We spend a month every year in Summit County, so I will do a little more research on next season's accommodations. If someone would like to discuss my frustrations please feel free to contact me.

Feels like home!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The house is a long pleasant walk to Main Street. Instead of a busy location you get a great family neighborhood with easy access to skiing, trails, and sites. Oh, and the views from the main floor is stunning. The house was well equipped and the management company was excellent with their communication making sure we were comfortable.

Beds are too Soft!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you know you know, a soft mattress can destroy your back... such was the case with this condo. The two queen size beds had very soft mattresses which ended up ruining my stay, left 3 days early.

Great Townhome for a Relaxing Vacation

Since it's central located in Frisco, we came back in the winter with our grown kids for our family ski trip. Being in Frisco makes it very easy to ski all the local resorts. Plus Frisco has some great restaurants. The layout of the townhouse is spacious and has all the amenities we needed. It's very quiet too. Our only wish is that the beds and pillows were more plush.
