No matter how you like to spend your time in Siesta Key, this fabulous three-bedroom, two bath cottage has everything you need. This house is perfectly located a 5 minute walk from public beach access #10 close to the quartz-crystal white sands of the world-famous Siesta Key beach. Voted #1 beach in the US. Plus, 10 min walk away, is the charming Siesta Key Village with numerous boutiques and restaurants. This property is coveiniently located on Palm Island, a heart sharped island neighborhood, accessed by a small bridge surrounded by boating water, leading directly to Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Designed for entertaining, upon entering the home you have an immediate view of the private lanai and screened in pool area through the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. This home offers cool colors and beach decor with tile floors thorughout, quartz coutertops, abundant cabinets, and stainless steel applainces. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the family room featuring a large flat screen TV with streaming services and speedy wifi. The family room overlooks the screened-in lanai and pool area with paver deck and plenty of space for relaxing in the sun on the 2 chaise lounges or comfy XL couch. Around the side of the house is the pergola covered grilling area with fan to keep cool and 4 person dining space surrounded by tropical flowering plants. The master bedroom has direct private access to the pool deck and shares a closet and bath with one guest bedroom, perfect if traveling with small children. (Pack & play and/or high chair offered for additional flat fee if needed). On the east side of the house is the third bedroom with its own private bathroom. You won't need to bring beach towels, chairs, or umbrellas as this home comes with all the amenties you need to enjoy the beach. Beach games and board games are also provided. Other amenties provided: hairdryers (2), shampoo/conditioner, body wash, soap, towels, Keurig coffee maker, bed linens, bathtub and 2 showers.

Adorable older beach house that has been nicely updated. The kids enjoyed having a pool, so that was a nice bonus. Short and easy walk (5 minutes) to the public beach—so nice! There’s no wagon in the house, so you’ll have to carry everything you need to the beach. Definitely could have been better stocked! No shampoo/conditioner/body wash (even though the listing specifically states that there is). Empty hand soap bottle in the kitchen and no dish washing liquid. Also, there was half eaten food in the fridge and freezer (like a half eaten pint of ice cream and spreadable butter with crumbs in it), and none of the garbage cans had any liners in them. Kind of odd! But, overall, we enjoyed our stay.

4th of July Trip

Had a great experience at this home during our 4th of July trip. Home was very clean, exactly as described, short walk to the beach and restaurant/bar area. Owners were very friendly, receptive, and quick to answer any questions. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Amazing location and beautiful home

We loved staying at this pool home. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the Village. The owners had great communication and were very friendly. Highly recommend!

Very nice stay near siesta key beach .this is about a 15 min walk to the siesta key village or short car or golf cart ride about 5-10 mins to the beach .Property was clean and comfortable,newly renovated and looks like the images in the description .host was responsive and we enjoyed our stay in siesta key !!

Tried to stay during tropical storm

We never actually got to stay at this location so I am only writing about how well Brandon communicated and quickly fully refunded us. We flew in during a tropical storm and unfortunately the flooding did not allow us to stay at this location. Brandon was very communicative and understanding throughout the process. We would try to rent from him again in the future.

Cozy beach house indeed

We had a nice time in Siesta Key largely due to this house we stayed in. The pool was perfect to enjoy! We’d stay here again! The beach was a short walk and the trolley helped us get around on the island. Loved it!!

Just right!

This property was renovated a few years ago and it looks great! It was clean and taken care of. It is located very close to the main town area and to Siesta Key beach, which has the most beautiful sand I’ve ever seen! Don’t hesitate to book!

Siesta Key

This home is BEAUTIFUL! It was very clean and spacious for our family of 4. Many beach accessories could be found including 4 beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and toys. The salt water pool was an added bonus. The walk to the beach was an easy 10-15 minute walk. The host was great answering any questions and check in was very easy.

Phenomenal!

The perfect beach house! Everything was amazing with this home. The decor and furnishings were beautiful. The kitchen was well-stocked and organized. The home was clean and offered all the beach gear you would need. The patio and pool were amazing. My husband enjoyed the fan next to the grill. It's the little touches. The home is only located about 2 blocks from the beach and is only a small golf cart ride down the street to the little siesta key town. Communication with the host was quick and easy. I can't express how wonderful our stay was. We will definitely be returning.

Fabulous location and home

The home is clean, comfortable, spacious, and beautifully updated. It is walking distance to the beach and downtown Siesta Key, which is ideal. We rented a golf cart from the company that was suggested by the owner. It was licensed to drive on the road. This made it easy to get to the beach with the chairs, umbrellas, towels and cooler that were provided at the house.

Perfect family vacation spot

We loved our time at this home! Palm island was so relaxing and low key with a great beach access point that wasn’t too crowded. We loved spending the morning at the beach and playing in the pool after lunch. Great communication with the owner who was quick to respond to any small questions. Highly recommend this home.

The Perfect Place

What a perfect location for our girls trip. The house was immaculate. James was great to work with from the moment we booked it. From the minute we opened the door to the moment we had to close it, we had a fabulous time. There were beach chairs, beach towels, and all the amenities you would need to enjoy the home. We had a problem with the pool heater, but James got the property manager right over in an attempt to resolve the issue. James was willing to extend our checkout to accommodate our late flight, which was a huge help. We are already scanning the calendar for our return trip!! If you’re looking for a beautiful home in walking distance to the beach & SK Village, this is the place!!

Spring Break

We enjoyed a wonderful stay over the Spring Break week. The house affords a quiet and extremely comfortable stay away from some of the crowd but certainly close enough to walk anywhere without issue. I would highly recommend this property to couples or families alike for its accommodations, location and terrific pool!

A Great Week in Siesta Key!

We had a great stay at the Cozy Beach House! The house is nicely renovated and has a great beach vibe. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed for a family of 4 plus a grandmother. The house is 1/4 mile from the start of the beach path, and then another 1/4 mile to the water. It was great to be able to walk because parking at the public beach fills quickly during busy vacation weeks. And, the backpack beach chairs and umbrella that were provided were easy to carry. We were about a mile to the town which made for an easy bike ride. We really appreciated that the owner allowed us to check in early which meant that we got to the beach on our first day of vacation! The pool area was nice with both sunny and shaded areas. We'd stay here again on our next trip to Siesta Key. Thank you!

Lovely house, perfect pool

This property is just as listed. It was a very comfortable space - the kitchen and living room space are open and enjoyable to spend time in and the bedrooms were comfortable. The pool was perfect! It was chilly some of the days during our stay but the warmth of the pool meant that it was always possible to swim and felt great! The location is wonderful and a very short walk to the beach or a just bit longer to town.

Great getaway!

The property was immaculate and perfectly matched the description. Perfect for our young family of four. The screened in pool was great and the pool heater can make the pool really warm. It was in the 60s and we were comfortable. The property is also only a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to Siesta Village. Communication with the host was great too!

Great Stay in Siesta Key

House was better than expected - modern, clean, and functional for our family. Central within Siesta Key and easy to get to shop/restaurants or the beach. We would definitely stay there again.
