Second time staying at this beautiful villa!

We loved this villa so much last year that we decided to stay again this year. Both the property and the hosts were wonderful! The hosts went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure our trip was perfect. I highly recommend this villa for anyone traveling with larger group.

Villa Grande

Outstanding host and a wonderful villa to stay in. Rooms very well presented with en-suites. Plenty of outside space with a great swimming pool. 5 minute walk to the beach and local restaurants. Excellent host that is on hand to answer any questions when required. Wonderful holiday destination.

Fab Villa in Quiet Location

The villa was the star of our holiday. It can hold 13 people but we were a smaller group. Perfect location and views over the sea for sunsets on the 4th floor terrace with its own kitchen and entertaining area. The large bedrooms were excellently decorated with nice linen and fabrics and the bathrooms are high end Finnish. The location is out of town and its a bit of an effort to walk up the hills but for us we benefited so much from the peace and quiet as well as access to the beach clubs that this worked best for us. Kalkan is a friendly and stylish town but a little on the expensive side. The locals call it the Monaco of Turkey.

What a fantastic two weeks

We have just come back from a fantastic two week stay at Villa Grande. There were 8 adults in our party and we all agree that the Villa was outstanding. It was like a home away from home, there was everything we needed for our holiday whether it was lounging by the pool, having a BBQ or cooking in the kitchen everything we needed was there. The host was very friendly and made us feel welcome. They provided us with lots of information regarding what there was to do in the area, where to get the shopping and provided contact details of people that could assist us. If we had any queries they responded very quickly. Overall we had a fantastic holiday in a lovely Villa. Would definitely stay at Villa Grande again, the area (Kalkan) was beautiful and the views from the Villa outstanding.

Beautiful, family-friendly villa in a gorgeous location

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Villa Grande. The house is clean, well-furnished, and located in a quiet neighborhood very close to the beach. The house easily accommodated 12 of us. We took advantage of the pool every day as well as the many nearby restaurants. The hosts were very communicative and helped us every step of the way with planning our trip.

Family holiday

Unusually, the reality of Villa Grande exceeded even the wonderful photographs. The layout and design of the villa is superb allowing plenty of space for this family of 5 to relax and socialize at the villa itself and for teenagers to return from Kalkan at various times of night without causing any disturbance to other family members. The villa is furnished tastefully and to an extremely high standard with comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning and perfectly effective mosquito blinds allowing one to rest and sleep without interruption. It enjoys stunning views over Kalkan Bay and is only a few minutes' walk from the beach and several good restaurants. In terms of quality, design, location and standard of maintenance I cannot recommend Villa Grande too highly.

I have been following Kalkan for 30 years with my wife. Kalkan has always attracted us with its nature, wonderful sea, beautiful climate and hidden ancient treasures. We bought a house here 10 years ago and started spending our summers here. Since our youth, we have been trying to get to know other peoples of the world and learn about foreign cultures by visiting the coasts and important cities of Europe and especially the Mediterranean. With our advancing age, we aimed to continue our second life in Kalkan by downsizing our business. We invested in the tourism sector by purchasing this building in the Kışla district in 2021. We realized "Villa Grande Kalkan" by supporting my wife, who has tourism education, and I as an architect. Our next goal is; in this new way of our second life, to create beautiful works with our knowledge and experience, to protect nature, to be "happy" in short by contributing to our friends around us, and to make our guests "happy". We wish our guests a happy and enjoyable holiday with their extended families or groups of friends at Villa Grande Kalkan.
