The gorgeous beaches of Southwest Florida are nearby as well. This home is also snowbird-friendly in case you'd prefer a little more time to enjoy an amazing getaway.

At home, you’ll love the one-level, open layout, perfect for entertaining and spending time with family and friends. Start the day with coffee and end it with a spectacular sunset on your enormous enclosed lanai, with a view of boats entering and leaving the marina. The full, well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for meal prep, and everyone can eat together at the large dining table or pull up a barstool for a casual snack. Spend the day exploring, or just head to the community pool to soak up some sun close to home. In the evening unwind with a little TV or post the day’s pics to social media with the free WiFi while the central air-conditioning keeps everyone cool. Call it a night in one of three well-appointed bedrooms, and drift off to sleep dreaming of tomorrow’s perfect vacation day.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
