Home was like new. Very clean and well supplied. Great location and access. No Mountain Views but a nice and quiet neighborhood.

Cute house

The house and location fit our needs well. The king bed was not comfortable and needs the addition of a lightweight blanket. Kitchen and baths are lovely and the kitchen is well-stocked. Would stay here again if in the area.

Briar House

I booked this house for a group of four women. We loved the quiet cul-de-sac and the surrounding area which had good restaurants the Sierra Nevada Brewery. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you could need. The house was very nicely decorated and very clean. It has a nice large table in the kitchen which we were looking for to be able to play games in the evening. We would definitely stay here again!

Better Toilet Paper

Hello. Overall everything was great! Only change we would make would be on the quality of toilet paper and paper towels. Both were very thin.

A wonderful property that is so beautifully renovated in a quiet neighborhood. The patio was our favorite place to gather. It was very convenient for our activities nearby. Will definitely return.

A beautiful stay near Asheville

The home was absolutely lovely from the front patio with the lights to the living room and kitchen. We loved the decor, furniture, hardwood floors and big TVs in the living room and downstairs lounge area complete with all the streaming apps we’re used to watching. The only thing we missed was a tv in the bedroom but it didn’t take away from the stay too much. The neighborhood was very quiet and serene. We hope our next stay near Asheville can be here! Although it was just my wife and I the place would be perfect for multiple guests as there were two additional bedrooms we did not utilize.

Mostly good, but not great for the price

You can tell this was newly remodeled at first glance and is a nice place from the design. Upon check-in we could smell the garbage and saw the trash from previous guests was full and something brown has spilled in the kitchen and was sticky. So had to take out trash and clean kitchen floors when we first arrived. Everything had a layer of dust on it, especially under the beds. The king bed was terrible. It was hard and you could feel the springs. The queen beds were memory foam.and felt good. The walls are paper thin so for a group, you are awake when anyone else is awake if that is an issue for your group. Also, the remodel work is a bit shotty if you look closely. That didn't affect our stay, just things like toilet paper holders are loose so the tp falls. Also, they need more living room seating because we couldnt all hang out at once unless some sit at kitchen table. The good is beautiful decor and nice neighborhood, and awesome front porch. Super close to avl airport, and 20 minutes to downtown Asheville and Hendersonville. I would stay here again if it was cleaned prior to us or the cleaning fee was waived. We made sure to remove our garbage and do the towel laundry as instructed.

Accurate Listing

The Briar house listing was very accurate! This is a great home fully renovated with higher end details. The kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget and cooking tool you might need. Everything was very clean and neat. The location made it easy to get to Asheville and Hendersonville. We were very pleased!
