- With Every Dryer Cycle the lint needs to be cleaned.
6. Garbage
There is a weekly Trash Collection by GFL. Guest need to take out the trash on MONDAY EVENING and bring them back inside the garage by WEDNESDAY MORNING. Leaving it out for over 48 Hours is an HOA violation. Recycle Collection is every other week on WEDNESDAY.
Note: Guest is required to bring the Trash Bin back inside Garage if the Trash Bins are outside on the curb.
7. Parking
You can park your cars on the driveway and Parking on Street is strictly not allowed. Generally Two Vehicles per home is allowed. If you have more, please contact us.
8. CHECK IN
No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone if you download the August App or else using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay after your booking.
