Nice location!

Owners were very responsive. 10 minute walk to main strip. Condo has all you need. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

Walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg and 1 mile from hiking trials. Perfect setup for family. Newly remodeled. We will be staying here again.

Great Location

2nd time in this townhouse subdivision. Easy walk to town every night. The night life is awesome for families with no drinking. Close to everything and you will learn to drive the bypass up the big hill under Anakeesta chair lift making a right by the pool. Great house for rent. Be bear aware!

Perfect for Family Get-Together!

This property was perfect for our family get together. We wanted something that would allow us to spend time together but still have separate spaces for sleeping, and this place was perfect! With the bedrooms on three separate floors, it gave each family our own space to retreat to. The living area connected to the screened in porch and outdoor area was perfect for our size group (5 adults and 3 kids). There was a restroom on every floor. It was located close to a trolley stop for easy access to Gatlinburg. We loved it!

Nice property - short stay

The condo was very nice. The three king size beds were comfortable each with their own bathroom. We had trouble getting in since I had booked late but I was contacted quickly to fix the issue. No remote on the downstairs tv but it wasn’t a big problem for us since aren’t big tv watchers anyways. We had a great trip!!!

Was not ready @ check in

Great location and beautifully done. We had a greeting from a Black Bear upon our arrival. Received notification that cleaners were running late and we would not be able to check in on time. After arriving floors were not clean or mopped. We informed owner but no one ever showed up to clean. They had installed new key pad locks and apparently didn’t inform owners so the directions we were given did not lock the door.. It was resolved after.

Disappointed but ok

The cleanliness of the condo was very disappointing and there is limited furnishings in the kitchen which made certain meal prep difficult. Fridge is missing all but 1 door shelf . Fridge also did not seem to be working right. AC also struggled to stay cold, but living area floor vent appeared completely smashed. All drains appeared to run slow, and kitchen sink did not have a stopper. The condo is furnished very cute, and pretty accurate in pics.

Comfortable Stay & Short Walk to Downtown

We enjoyed our stay at this property, the kitchen was small and lacked space to store our groceries. There is not not a dishwasher so you will need to wash your dishes. While overall the place was clean there were small pieces of trash under the bed and my husband dropped the lid from his jar of peanuts, when he went to retrieve it he found other left behind things behind the couch. Perhaps a deeper clean is in order. The covered outside parking was nice. The screened in patio was appreciated even though there wasn’t much of a view, the view is of the backside of the condo next to it although they have planted some greenery to help it look more asthetic. The real draw here is the modern look and the close proximity to downtown. You can park your car and walk to the many drinking establishments downtown without worrying about driving or where to park. We were here to hike so we only went downtown in the evenings. The streets were well lit and we always felt safe walking. The bed was very comfortable, we stayed on the main floor for most of our trip but we did use the bed upstairs and the light up there was fantastic if you don’t mind getting up at the crack of dawn! Comfortable bed upstairs too. We would stay here again.

Main TV did not work during our stay. Not a deal breaker, but annoting non the less. Bathrooms were not properly cleaned beofre we arrived. Contacted the property manager and was told someone would come by and reoair/analyze the TV situation. Did not happen during our stay.

Great location. Less than .5 Mile walk to main shopping, close to Anakeesta. Great set up for 3 couples or family, comfortable beds in bedrooms. Fold out couch good for kids, little sagging in middle. Managers always replied quickly, have nice little touches, kitchen well supplied, I loved the balcony as well!

Nice and roomy condo. Decor was nice and enjoyed the screened in porch but wish there was a view from it. It was a nice walk to downtown Gatlinburg from the condo so didn’t have to worry about parking. The only things that were a bit of a pain was trying to lock the door to the condo when leaving and the main part of the house was upstairs so to get to the kitchen, living room or porch, you had to walk up a flight of stairs. But overall, it was a nice place to stay and we enjoyed our week there!

Great property, great location

The layout was great for a combined family group with 3 separate bedrooms on different floors, each with its own bathroom. The hosts provided a variety of toiletries, snacks, etc. which were greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Gatlinburg in the future.

As Advertised but didn't love the experience

We loved our time in Gatlinburg. The property was as advertised, however a few things. The floors were so bumpy/uneven. The toaster and Keurig were also broken. The outside deck had some loose boards and nails sticking out. There was construction in the unit next door that started early each morning for the first few days of our stay. While the listening said the pool wouldn't be open until Memorial Day, the weather had been really hot and ALL neighboring properties had theirs open. We never received check out instructions even after I sent a message through VRBO. While all of these are minor, they cumulatively created an OK experience.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. A lot of thought was put into extras such as plenty of towels and a snack basket. The small Keurig was broken… but worked when the lid was held down. The only reason I am mentioning it is because if no one brings it up then it will never be replaced. That was inconsequential to our stay We booked the same condo for our conference next year so we were very satisfied. Thank you
