Sitting high atop the hill with panoramic views of Lake Tenkiller, this spacious estate features a large main house, separate pool house and climate-controlled treehouse! Over 5300 sq ft of living space! It’sperfectly suited for extended family getaways. Relax by the private pool, have s'mores by the fire pit or sip your favorite beverage in the screened-in porch overlooking beautiful Lake Tenkiller. Enjoy making memories with 18 of your favorite people! The main house boasts very large common areas along with a custom dining room table that seats 16! The spacious kitchen is well equipped with double ovens and all the appliances needed for those home cooked meals. The property is located within a mile of a full-service marina, beach and restaurant/bar! However, there is so much to do on the property, you won't want to leave!

Opa's 92nd Birthday Celebration and Family Retreat

GREAT place!! WONDERFUL host!! So well stocked!! And what an incredible view of the lake!! Couldn't have been happier!! Many thanks to Melissa for providing an early check-in and check-out! I highly recommend this property for a retreat with family or friends! Plenty of space in the great room, dining room and patio for fun gatherings. The only thing disappointing was no hot tub. It would be a GREAT addition to this fantastic property as it was too cool to enjoy the pool.

Absolutely stellar property! Kitchen was amazing. Pool was a great time. Game room, huge plus. This property has everything you could imagine. The best communication I’ve ever experienced with a host. The owners have gone above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Great written instructions. There is not enough room to include everything I want. This will be our go to place for our family’s “Christmas in July!

Wonderful Family Reunion Trip

My extended family met at this property for a week. It was perfect for our needs. It is extremely well-stocked, clean and better than the pictures made it look. Our hosts were responsive and helpful. The lake was beautiful and very clean. We brought in all our food and there was plenty of refrigerator and freezer space. Our only issue was that the treehouse was a bit more of a walk through the woods from the main house than I expected and, without a bathroom, none of our adult "kids" wanted to sleep out there. We're not an outdoorsy, camping type of family and we got to observe lots of wildlife all week - including a fair number of tarantulas and a couple of scorpions (and an armadillo who joined our campfire one evening). No one was willing to take the chance of having to walk the short distance down through the trees in the middle of the night. We did have enough places in the main house and pool house to sleep everyone on a mattress, but we shouldn't have counted the treehouse as part of our sleeping arrangements. Another family - more used to being outdoors at night - would probably love it.

Beautiful well appointed place! Tastefully decorated and clean. The host has thought of even the smallest details. 2 coffee pots, plenty of room to have meals and play games. Our grandkids were saying “can we come back next year?”

Perfect property for our family vacation! We have been going to Tenkiller Lake for 20 years and could not have been happier with Melissa's home. Communication was amazing, the house was in perfect condition and obviously well taken care of, great parking, super close to a marina and the pool was the cherry on top! Lake Tenkiller House w/ Pool

This house is amazing with three separate living quarters and the pool is absolutely perfect! Our stay included 20 people and the house accommodated everyone so well! The dining room table allows for everyone to gather and just have a great time! There’s plenty of parking and room for all types of activities. If there is anything negative to say, it would be that the upstairs in the main house gets a little warm and the path to the treehouse is a little sketchy BUT our stay happened to be when it was very humid and rainy, so don’t let that over shadow how great our stay was! The host, Melissa, was fantastic! I can’t say enough about this property. If you need a place big enough to accommodate everyone in your group, don’t hesitate

Our Yearly Family Summer Vacation

We loved all the little things! Spice racks, containers for food, firewood and ice provided. The view of the lake is spectacular. We loved our pool days and nights with the singing bullfrogs. The game room was a big hit. Many hours were spent in the front 'porch' on the porch swing, The fire pit was a great place to hang out.The family group rated the property #1 in all our past vacation... 10 out of 10. Everything was perfect. The upstairs A/C stopped working and I messaged the owners and had a A/C repair man there immediately. It was fixed and we never missed a beat. The house had everything you need. We loved it so much we have already booked next year! Thank you!

Amazing place

This was a beautiful property with plenty of space for the entire family. Enough room to spend time with family and cook meals but also leave to get some rest. Owners answered questions quickly and equipped the house with ample equipment to minimize what we needed to bring for our family Thanksgiving.

Fabulous Family Vacation

This place is a gem. All 14 of us had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time. The kitchen is absolutely wonderful. We cooked most of our meals for the week and it is very well-stocked. The pool of course is a winner. Our kids loved it and spent many happy moments there, and using the firepit for s'mores. Melissa is a fantastic host who really cares about the guests. We'll be back!

Family Christmas in July

This is the time of your the 4 sisters and their families get together for Christmas. Much harder at the actual date of Christmas. Like my Granda Ruth used to say, I don’t care about the date as long as we can all be together. My mother said this as well. When we found this place we knew for sure this would be our go to place. There aren’t enough adj to truly give it it’s just due. Wonderful, amazing, superb, kitchen is hands down BEST ONE EVER. My husband and I rent VRBO several times a year. Definitely the hostess with the mostest. Responds in such a timely manner, most of the time within minutes. The owners pay such great attention to detail. The freezer with ice is above and beyond. This just doesn’t do it justice. But I say it is a blessed home, that can be seen in the furnishings and decor. Already booked for next year. Thank you Melissa.

We bought this property to host our family and friends in a beautiful, peaceful location. And when we can't use it, we want others to rent and enjoy it with their family and friends! It is best suited for families and small group getaways. It is a quiet neighborhood setting, so if you're looking for a loud party, it's not for you.

This property hosts large family groups with panoramic views of Lake Tenkiller. There's a main house, pool house and incredible treehouse for living, sleeping and fun. The fabulous private pool, screened-in porch, pool table, shuffle board, ping pong, views, etc. make this the perfect getaway. Only 1:15 drive from Tulsa and Ft Smith.
