Enjoy making memories with 18 of your favorite people! The main house boasts very large common areas along with a custom dining room table that seats 16! The spacious kitchen is well equipped with double ovens and all the appliances needed for those home cooked meals. The property is located within a mile of a full-service marina, beach and restaurant/bar! However, there is so much to do on the property, you won't want to leave!

Amazing place

This was a beautiful property with plenty of space for the entire family. Enough room to spend time with family and cook meals but also leave to get some rest. Owners answered questions quickly and equipped the house with ample equipment to minimize what we needed to bring for our family Thanksgiving.

We had the best vacation at this property. The lake view is outstanding. The home is absolutely beautiful. The salt water pool was incredibly amazing. We will definitely be back next summer!

Fabulous home!

Everyone kept saying “this is the best Tenkiller trip we’ve ever done”, and I know it was in large part due to our fabulous accommodations. Melissa is a wonderful host. The home couldn’t be more perfect. Everyone had a marvelous vacation. We will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Family Vacation

This place is a gem. All 14 of us had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time. The kitchen is absolutely wonderful. We cooked most of our meals for the week and it is very well-stocked. The pool of course is a winner. Our kids loved it and spent many happy moments there, and using the firepit for s'mores. Melissa is a fantastic host who really cares about the guests. We'll be back!

Family getaway

The stay was absolutely the best! The house was so beautiful and clean and exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding! Gorgeous views, stunning pool with waterfall, games, etc made it a wonderful experience without having to leave the property. Definitely plan on coming back here in the future.

Terrific choice!!!

My family of 13 stayed just last week. The house and grounds were very clean and well kept up. We were there for a week and left the house only to get groceries. The pool was awesome!!!! The game room with pool table and shuffle board a fave. Melissa was terrific. The house was stocked with ALL the necessities. I wish I could give our stay a higher recommendation than 10.

A perfect summer getaway

I do not have enough great things to say about Melissa’s place, it was an absolutely perfect space for our annual family vacation. We had 9 adults and 4 toddlers and still had MORE than enough room/beds to spare. The house was super clean, comfortable, and incredibly well stocked. (All of the adults on the trip agreed this was the nicest VRBO we’d ever been in) It is so obvious that this property is first and foremost a family home designed with great intentionality, care, and love. We enjoyed mornings in the shade on the deck and spent our days in the amazing pool. We loved our stay and are already talking about making a return trip next summer. Thank you, Melissa!

We were sent a useful information email. That was not only packed full of information it was so entertaining ending with local places to eat and last minute forgotten items! The house was beautiful and the view from the house and the tree house was incredible! The pool was so refreshing.

Everything was clean, beautiful, comfortable. We had a day without water and two evenings with a leak in the ac unit. Of no one’s fault. Other than those misfortunate inconveniences we loved our stay!!

Absolutely stellar property! Kitchen was amazing. Pool was a great time. Game room, huge plus. This property has everything you could imagine. The best communication I’ve ever experienced with a host. The owners have gone above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Great written instructions. There is not enough room to include everything I want. This will be our go to place for our family’s “Christmas in July!

Family Christmas Trip

Beautiful home with spectacular views!!! Our family of several generations walked into a gorgeous lodge atmosphere. The entire home was decorated for Christmas, wood was stacked and ready for the fireplace. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked with more than enough coffee cups, plates, utensils, and cookware. The pool house and tree house were very comfortable. All 11 of use fit comfortably around the large fire pit where we cooked dinner and s’mores. Plenty of firewood was on hand. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot say enough good about the place. The owners were extremely responsive to the few questions we had. Would definitely book again.

Family vacation

The Bradley home was beautiful, spacious, and had great amenities for home cooking. The kitchen included everything you might need to prepare food for a crowd. The pool was super popular with plenty of room around it for corn hole and ladder ball. The firepit was a quite popular. It was a short drive to the lake for some boating. The teens enjoyed staying in the treehouse. The swing and enclosed porch were popular hangouts for watching a movie in the rain or reading a book. There was plenty of room for games and the pool and game table were great hits. Nothing about this home disappointed. The hosts were very accommodating.

Family Christmas in July

This is the time of your the 4 sisters and their families get together for Christmas. Much harder at the actual date of Christmas. Like my Granda Ruth used to say, I don’t care about the date as long as we can all be together. My mother said this as well. When we found this place we knew for sure this would be our go to place. There aren’t enough adj to truly give it it’s just due. Wonderful, amazing, superb, kitchen is hands down BEST ONE EVER. My husband and I rent VRBO several times a year. Definitely the hostess with the mostest. Responds in such a timely manner, most of the time within minutes. The owners pay such great attention to detail. The freezer with ice is above and beyond. This just doesn’t do it justice. But I say it is a blessed home, that can be seen in the furnishings and decor. Already booked for next year. Thank you Melissa.

Beautiful property with amazing hosts!

Our family of 19 loved this property! With 10 adults and 9 kids ranging in age from 5-15, it is hard to find a good fit! This property had it all! Lake views are beautiful! Pool is large and very accommodating! Main house has lots of room to spread out and give each family their own space. Pool house added an extra space for part of our group! The fire pit was easy to use as well and stocked with wood. Two refrigerators and a VERY well stocked kitchen made meal preparations so much easier! It’s only a short drive to a Dolllar General if you are in need of some essentials and about 25 minutes from Tahlequah. Melissa and her husband were amazing to work with and they handled everything with great ease and communication! We are grateful for such a wonderful place to stay for such a large family! Book it! You won’t regret it!

Wonderful Family Reunion Trip

My extended family met at this property for a week. It was perfect for our needs. It is extremely well-stocked, clean and better than the pictures made it look. Our hosts were responsive and helpful. The lake was beautiful and very clean. We brought in all our food and there was plenty of refrigerator and freezer space. Our only issue was that the treehouse was a bit more of a walk through the woods from the main house than I expected and, without a bathroom, none of our adult "kids" wanted to sleep out there. We're not an outdoorsy, camping type of family and we got to observe lots of wildlife all week - including a fair number of tarantulas and a couple of scorpions (and an armadillo who joined our campfire one evening). No one was willing to take the chance of having to walk the short distance down through the trees in the middle of the night. We did have enough places in the main house and pool house to sleep everyone on a mattress, but we shouldn't have counted the treehouse as part of our sleeping arrangements. Another family - more used to being outdoors at night - would probably love it.

We bought this property to host our family and friends in a beautiful, peaceful location. And when we can't use it, we want others to rent and enjoy it with their family and friends! It is best suited for families and small group getaways. It is a quiet neighborhood setting, so if you're looking for a loud party, it's not for you.

The fabulous private pool, screened-in porch, pool table, shuffle board, ping pong, views, etc. make this the perfect getaway. Only 1:15 drive from Tulsa and Ft Smith.
