Ideal for up to four guests, One Mile Lodge features two comfortable queen beds, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private 4-person hot tub where you can relax and unwind while surrounded by the beauty of nature.

Immerse yourself in the wonders of the property's 25 acres, complete with a mile-long trail that winds its way through the enchanting woods and showcases the picturesque pond (currently being expanded) located just behind the lodge. The cabin was very nice, super cozy with such charming decor. Everything you might need was provided, from dishes to towels to extra toiletries, to a binder full of suggestions on things to do in the area; the attention to detail was impressive. Layne was very attentive and quickly responded when we reached out with questions. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again!

This was the second time staying in this wonderful cabin. It was perfect, very clean, well stocked, and has a lot of special touches to make your stay comfortable. It’s evident that Layne takes pride in his cabin. A stay here is highly recommended!

A beautiful weekend getaway!

Great cabin, location, and host.

This was a great stay! If you’re looking for a cozy getaway near Logan, look no further and book this place. Location is remarkably convenient. It was a very easy drive from Columbus. Also nice is the proximity to Logan for a bite to eat and access to US Rte. 33. The cabin is very clean and well-furnished. As we saw in reviews before booking, Layne thought of everything. Check in and out were also very easy. We’ll be looking here first for our next trip to the area.

Attention to detail!

We had an amazing stay here through our visit to Hocking Hills. Definitely one of the best VRBO properties we've been to. Layne has gone above and beyond to make sure the property is clean, and that anything you may need is present. Property is nice and secluded, and we loved waking to the birds chirping and deer feeding out back. Thanks Layne!

Perfect Cabin!

The place was perfect for our week long trip visiting the Hocking Hills region. The cabin is located a little ways off from the main road and about a 20-30 minute drive to all the big hiking trails in the area. This was also probably the best stocked rental in terms of amenities. The property manager thought of everything that we could possibly need and had the items well stocked and available to use. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get some quiet and relaxation.

Perfection

My partner and I were looking for a relaxing cabin in the middle of nowhere where we wouldn't be bothered by people. A place where you could basically do anything and nobody would notice. I'm happy to say this cabin was it. It was the cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed in. It was cute and cozy, perfect for two people. The hot tub was awesome. Perfectly situated to see the night sky, watch the sunset, or relax and listen to the sounds of the woods and the distant neighbors roosters. The view from the hot tub was spectacular. The kitchen had the basics, but if you were planning on doing a lot of your own cooking you might want to bring a pot or some mixing bowls. The TV in the living room is a massive smart TV. The heating and cooling was perfect. There was a small hiccup with the heating where the system shut off but Layne came down and was able to fix it and left us with a propane heater in case it shut off again, but we didn't need it. The best part of the house was the bed. This was the softest, comfiest bed I've slept on in my life and I will miss it for years to come. I dream of a bed like this. Layne worked with our check in and check out schedules and was very helpful and easy to reach. He really made it one of the most relaxing weekends we've had in a while.
