The living and dining room areas have a beautiful view of the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake--Lake Powell. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a half bath and washer/dryer on the first floor of this unit. The upstairs features a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (tub/shower combo) as well as a Gulf and Beach Front balcony with spectacular view. The guest bedroom and bath are also on the second level. The guest bath has a tiled shower.

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Pinnacle Port because of its great location and peaceful atmosphere even during peak season. We had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay, but the condo we stayed in this time A701 needed some updating and repairs. The dryer did not dry our clothes which was a problem because there were very few towels so we had to wash towels constantly. The water temperature in the showers did not stay constant. It would suddenly become scalding hot and freezing cold, and there was very little water pressure. The toilet downstairs would also stick when flushed and start spraying water in the floor.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit is very dated, owners need to update!~ or pull ubnit from rental program! Upstairs bathroom showers water temperature ie either scalding hot or freezing cold no in between. seafoam green carpet is original to the unit should should have been replaced 20 yrs ago. kitchen needs a complete remodel! everything is original and way pasted life time. not enought dishes or utensils. need Keurig coffee maker, and more dish towels.

Worst Condo and staff

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WILL NEVER STAY AT PINNACLE PORT AGAIN!! First the front office staff treated me like complete and utter ****! When I very first got there, I discovered I was completely lied to about the"private balcony". It is not private whatsoever. When I called to reserve this condo #701A, I talked to Daisy about the balcony for a good 40 min on the phone. She reassured me that I could not see other balconies. That was a complete lie. Not to mention there is a window above your head from someone else's condo where they can stare straight down on you. So, I called down to the front desk to talk about why I was lied to and to tell them how much was wrong with this condo. The bathroom toilet with the washer and dryer would not flush and the TV in the living room would not turn on. These are ligament problems that needed to be addressed! Management said I could just leave, that she can’t keep taking my complaints!I had to call twice. I paid over 1700$ for a condo that was trash and has not been updated since the 90's probably. I felt so unwelcome. It would be a completely different story if Daisy would have been honest to me about the Private Balcony and showed pictures because the pictures did not show the full balcony online. I trusted that I could not see anyone else by what she was telling me. Also the elevators to this building felt very unsafe. All three elevators that lead to all floors that was very scary. A few last things to mention,the air did not work well in this condo. I had to pay an extra expense to buy a fan so I would be cool enough to sleep in the bedroom upstairs. The lock on the inside of the door would not slide back-and-forth and it also did not lineup. I had to put a chair underneath the door knob to feel safe enough.
