Pinnacle Port Condominium

Vacation

Pinnacle Port is the best place to stay. You are right on the beach, have a couple of nice pools, tennis courts, basketball court, and the lake behind you is nice as well. You can go down to the docks and see people fishing most any time of day. This really is an awesome place to stay!!

We love Pinnacle Port.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. Wonder Stay at the Pinnacle!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo at a wonderful resort. Condo was very nice with fantastic views and a lot of the amenities you would find at your own home. Check-in was easy with nice resort staff. Pool areas and outdoor areas are well maintained with a great little outdoor “cafe” to get lunch items and bags of ice. A independent company provides beach services. (Burke’s - I recommend to call ahead to reserve.)This is our second year of coming to the Pinnacle Port Resort and look forward to staying at this resort again next year. I highly recommend this condo to anyone curios about staying here.

Terrible Stay, Unprofessional Management

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, we had used towels and a used tampon under the guest bathroom cabinet. The master bath had towels hanging that had stiff finger wipes down them. Peanuts and sand in the carpet. A very molded shower curtain. Cleaning staff came up, lady was very rude and told me the towels were just stained and picked peanuts off carpet. Didn’t vacuum till I called again. On our stay Sat to Sat, the air conditioning failed on Monday evening. Tuesday morning we called to be told maintenance would be up soon. We go out for the day only to come back to a very hot room. The next morning we hear that it’s the entire place that has no air. No communication whatsoever from Pinnacle Port. Room was 88 with 78% humidity. Later that day we hear from a guest that the fix isn’t supposed to arrive until Thursday PM. We call Janet, the supposed property manager, who was extremely rude and said “it was her day off” and offered a pitiful 25% discount on the room rate for each night with no air. Unhappy with her, we meet with the “general manager” Jamie, who agrees that we should be compensated better and he will talk with Janet to see what they could do. Took phone # and said he would call us back after they met because she was at a dentist appointment. Like why would you take so much time off when you are the property manager at a packed out place on 4th of July week and the air system has failed?! Well as you could guess, no one ever called us back. They offered up to 2 fans only per room. Guests were having to go buy their own fans and portable air units just to survive staying at this place. When we left Saturday morning, it was still 80 in our room. So we had two nights out of 7 with air and we’re compensated a total of 13% off our total. The stay was completely misery it could have been made better had the staff cared. We called to ask about getting more fans, she literally cuts the conversation off and hangs up as soon as sh

Cozy condo with everything you need, nothing you don't.

The view alone made this property worth the stay. This condo was well appointed with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to plenty of bathrooms. It was cozy enough that we felt like we got a lot of quality family time together, but very well laid out so as to give everyone their own space. We loved the resort's location in a quiet gated community away from the crowds and craziness of Panama City Beach. Great dining and entertainment was only a short drive away, however. My kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool, and the adults loved the beautiful beach and crystal clear water. Waking up to the ocean view every morning was amazing. The only things I found myself wishing this condo had were some fans upstairs for air circulation and pin locks at the top of the balcony doors and windows. I'm a nervous nelly and my kids are into everything, so being that high up with doors and windows that could be unlocked by two rambunctious boys made me a little uneasy. Other than that, this condo was the perfect place for our small (but growing) family. We're looking forward to staying again in the future!
