Beautiful condo & perfect location!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family. We had 2 adults & 3 kids under 5 stay. All of the details with the furniture had been well thought through with the space so we were able to unpack our belongings for an entire week & felt like we had plenty of room. The beds were comfy, view was amazing, & the staff was extremely responsive. We needed something cleaned upon arrival and they were there right away! Our kiddos also loved the indoor / outdoor pool and we loved walking / biking to the downtown Carillon.

The condo was cramped due with the bunk beds in the main living room. The couch was small. However, for a young family the bunkbeds are a plus.

Great Place- Great Water Views!

Everything about this stay was perfect! The only thing is upon arrival the door code had to be reset and all I did was make a call and it was corrected asap no wait.

Perfect vacation!

We had a great time for a long weekend trip. This unit was clean, updated, comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed being able to walk to dinner and a wine tasting in Carillon Beach. There was plenty of room on the beach to spread out with our chairs and tent.

Pinnacle Point A 920

Well after a long harrowing day we got here and had no AC. Then I locked the code to our condo inside and after 2 hours we got in. The place is ok. It still needs some work floorboards separated sandy floors the cleaning wasn't the best but okay. The view is great close to the beach so can't complain

Unit gets a 1 rating but Pinnacle Port 5… terrible customer service from manager.

Pinnacle port offers alot of fun, and beautiful beaches. As far as the unit, i have stayed in much nicer ones, with great service from the managera. Sheets were dirty upon arrival. Called and texted everyday for the firat 4 days. Customer service kept telling me a local member would call me back and never got clean sheets nor a call back. Water turns from scalding hot to cold in both showers. Very dissatisfied. No spices to cook with as a convenient

Good location dirty room

The room was not very clean at all. Sand all over everything. Couches were badly stained. Air conditioning did not work very well. TV and internet didn't work half the time. Location was nice but the condition of the room brings down the rating.

Great value

This is a really nice place for the price! The views are amazing, it is well appointed, clean, and easy to access. We called at 2 days before our scheduled trip and asked to add a night on the front end of our trip. We had just been hit by Beryl (Houston) and had no power and sketchy cell service. I was able to make the change easily on thru the chat feature on the app. The only hiccup was getting the change made to the gate access, but the gateman was very nice and gave us temporary access until our paid access took effect the next day. Our only complaint is only one of three building elevators were working, so extra time was needed to get anywhere. That was not the case the last time we stayed on this property (a different unit), so I assume this is a temporary issue. We used the umbrella and chair rental service on the beach. They were very easy to work with and affordable. Just text the number on back of the chairs. A really nice feature is the WiFi works on the beach!! We would definitely stay here again.

Arrived late (10pm) had no issue getting our information and getting into the unit. Pretty big place with a lot of people traffic. This is on the 9th floor and access was right by the elevator which was a plus. The unit has two bedrooms upstairs. Instantly we jumped in the shower to within seconds realize no hot water and the floor was instantly flooding. Like bad. So luckily they have a smaller bathroom with a shower that the hot water worked but it was pretty shocking to have a leak that bad. The master bathroom toilet would not flush. Nothing in the unit in terms of coffee filters/only 2 large towels/ air took a while to cool the unit down. I personally would not stay here again unfortunately. Not for over 600 a night. Better priced at maybe 200 per night. Not very clean. Just nothing I would go back to. But for one night we dealt with it. Recorded bathroom leak and sent to the office but nothing was done in terms of our stay or cost. Again bring coffee filters for k cups and anything else you will need.

Pinnacle port is a great place to stay…. A few improvements

We really enjoyed our stay and actually extended it one more day. The place was super cute and we loved the set up with the bunk beds downstairs. Great for kids. The property itself could use a little TLC. When we first walked in we noticed a bad smell and finally found that the kitchen sink has issues. It looks like it’s being held up by a 2x4 and there was a bucket under the left side of the sink containing the culprit of the nasty smell. We dumped it and cleaned it out which temporarily solved the problem. Also noticed a few small holes here and there, a broken door stop in the master Bathroom too. It really is a nice place and I would probably stay again once I knew that was taken care of!! We also could not find a dust pan anywhere and a few extra blankets would have been nice because it got cold. Anyway, I think a little TLC would help and we would be back!! Pinnacle port is a great little place for families 👍👍 Thank you!!

Fantastic stay!!

We enjoyed our recent trip and stay in unit A929. The condo was updated, clean, and comfortable, Beautiful views of the ocean off the balcony and master bedroom. Close to great restaurants and shopping in 30A, Destin, and Panama City Beach. This was our 2nd time staying in this unit and we will definitely return! Thank You for a lovely stay!

Perfect trip

We had a great time at this condo for a long weekend anniversary trip. A929 was clean, comfortable and we liked the decor. The location is ideal. We were close to dining and went to several great spots at 30avenue and 30 A. Beaches and pools were not crowded. We would most certainly come back to this condo.

A929-Loved it

We had a great Labor Day vacation here! Condo was nicely updated and clean. Beaches were beautiful and we were happy to have a snack bar by the large pool. Would definitely return here.

Great time in a great condo!

Nicely renovated and very attractive condo with pretty views. Comfortable and clean and well furnished. Everything worked great even with the age of the building and its general maintenance issues and the occasional slow drain. No complaints and no problems! Would happily stay here again. Thanks!

Great location

The beach location was wonderful. The condo was a little small for a family of 5, but worked well for our needs. Beach access was quick and easy, though if you want to access the beach before 8am to set up you will have to find a different access location; the condo building access doesn't open until 8am. The condo was clean and well stocked with the kitchen essentials. It looks as though the condo recently had its floors updated, however whomever performed the job didn't do that great of a job as many of the baseboards are pulling away from the wall already. The beds were comfortable. If you get cold easily then I suggest bringing additional blankets.

The ice never worked during our stay. We had to buy ice everyday during our stay. There was sand on floors and in and on the secondary bedroom’s bed. We would have changed the sheets but didn’t see any extras in the closets. One of the steps on staircase was loose and made a very loud noise when stepped on.. The unit was updated and nicely decorated on a better note. We would not stay in this unit again.

Usable property

Unfortunately the pictures did more justice then what we found when we showed up. It appeared to be renovated by someone that didn't know what they were doing trim wasn't attached to walls mini blinds falling apart kitchen sink being held up by a broom handle and a rock property was clean and we made it work but not what we was expecting for 3000.00 dollars

Perfect spring break!

We loved this updated unit! The beds were very comfortable, especially the master bedroom. This condo is beautiful and not crowded like other condos in Panama City Beach or 30A areas. We will certainly come back.

Pinnacle Port A-931

The rental company is probably one of the best I have seen. I have had rental properties at the beach before and took care of them myself due to lack of attention. The unit was somewhat updated, clean and was right down the hall from our condo we are renovating. The cookware was really in need of updating. Vacasa immediately brought utensils, cooking utensils, and all new cookware. The towels were plush and not the usual small towels. I will definitely stay here again if there is as need. I have been coming to for over 40 years. We love the security, 2 pools, gorgeous beach and that it is away from the all the crowded areas.

Dream Vacation

We love the views from both balconies. The unit was very clean with updated new couches. Convenient to all restaurants especially 30 A and Pier Park. The beaches were not crowded with ample beaches to stroll on. We loved riding bikes downtown Carillon and around Caroline beach.
