Nyrenoverad, intill 30A! Kom och bo på västra änden av Bay County på stranden med en av de bästa utsikten runt. Fastigheten är gränsad av både färskt och saltvatten - Lake Powell på den ena sidan och Mexikanska golfen å andra sidan! Enhet har direkt utsikt över båda!

Condo är direkt på stranden - inga gator att korsa, eller långa strandpromenader att gå!

Denna nyligen renoverade lägenhet har delade nivåer med utsikt över varje nivå. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med lyxiga sängkläder och en fantastisk utsikt över viken. Ett badrum är angränsande, med badkar och dusch. Gå uppför trappan för att hitta dig själv på andra våningen som har utsikt från båda sidor. Vardagsrummet ser också direkt över viken och inbjuder lungande koppar kaffe på morgonen! Köket är fullt utrustat med utsikt över vardagsrummet och Gulf Coast.

Det andra sovrummet har en balkong med utsikt över Lake Powell. Två full size-sängar med nya madrasser och sängkläder för en god natts sömn, med ladugårdsdörr för privatliv. Rikliga sittplatser i det här stora rummet också!

Stora tv-skärmar i både master och andra sovrummet, med kabel och WiFi tillhandahålls. Full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare i tvättstuga.

Enheten är vacker men komplexet och området är båda en av ett slag. Pinnacle Port ligger i sitt eget gated community och erbjuder platser att äta och dricka inom några minuter från varandra. Det finns två pooler (en inomhus / utomhus), tennisbanor, bocce ball, shuffle board, fiske, kajak, och det finns paddle boards och kanoter uthyres i närheten. Det finns också en trevlig lekplats och grillar. Det finns båttillgänglighet så var det fritt att ta med egna vattenleksaker. Pinnacle Port ligger nära allt men behåller fortfarande en privat, avskild känsla. Det ligger strax väster om Panama City Beach, och gränserna Camp Helen State Park. Minuter från Rosemary Beach slutet av 30A, ger eftertraktade restauranger och shopping alternativ! Det är en privat, gated community med många bekvämligheter för att hålla dig på fastigheten.

Vi valde denna plats på grund av det är familjevänlig inställning, med orörda uncrowded stränder bort från de tätbefolkade som finns vanligtvis på Gulf Coast. Ändå är det nära nog till Panama City Beach och 30A för att dra nytta av alla båda områdena har att erbjuda. Perfekt ställe för din strand semester!

Everything we needed!

We enjoyed our stay at the unit. The host was extremely responsive to our questions. There is a publix very close by and several restaurants as well. We loved all the extras - paddle ball set, games and beach gear. Thank you!

Wonderful vaca for spring break!

Our stay was superb! Very clean updated condo that worked out perfectly for our family. We love this quiet getaway! We love taking walks to the inlet. Heather was very quick to respond to any questions and was so kind. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The complex itself is a bit older but the unit was very nice and the location was perfect! View from the living area was gorgeous and it was nice being just steps away from the beach!

3 night stay over July 4th

The condo is updated, clean, in good condition. The view from the living room is beautiful- right on the ocean. We wished the balcony was ocean facing so we could sit and enjoy the sounds and view. There were plenty of beach supplies to borrow which was a huge help- umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. Close to stores and restaurants but not walking distance. The entryway is tricky when coming and going, very tight space. Overall it was a great place to stay- beach front and the beach wasn’t crowded either!

Adorable condo, great location & host!

Great, newly renovated decor at this beach front condo! Super convenient location near Rosemary, tons of great dining around Inlet & Rosemary etc. Grocery & drugstore almost across the street. Heather's a wonderful, responsive host, too. Definitely recommend this property.

August 2019 vacation

View from the living room and master bedroom were awesome! It was so nice to walk out the building door and be on the beach! We stayed in Rosemary Beach 5 years ago. This beach was much less crowded than Rosemary Beach! Location was great! Five mins from Rosemary Beach/shopping/restaurants. Twenty mins from Seaside and about 10-15 from Panama City shopping mall. Would definitely stay again!

Pleased with first stay in Pinnacle Point

We met up with some other families at Pinnacle Point and had a great time. The beach area was nice and there was plenty of room for everyone. The walk to the beach wasn’t too far from any of the units in the building. The pool was kept clean and my kids like how deep it was. The shallowest area was 4.5 feet so it may not be great for younger kids that aren’t good swimmers. The unit itself was in good shape, we could tell it had been refreshed recently. We did have a couple minor issues with cleaning and let Heather know. She responded quickly and indicated she welcomed the feedback. I often have trouble sleeping in rentals but the bed was really comfortable. My kids seemed to sleep well in their beds as well. Overall the condo was swell stocked and met our needs. Because of COVID we ate in a lot and the unit was a little light on plates and utinsels so we quickly purchased disposable products to supplement. During normal circumstances this may not be needed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in the condo and in Pinnacle Point and I would recommend this unit to friends.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Loved this condo! It's right on the beach, and the views are lovely! As soon as you walk in, you can see the ocean waves through the master bedroom window - similar views upstairs in the kitchen, and I loved reading and having my morning coffee with the gulf directly in front of me. The living room view is awesome, too - very lush and green (view of Lake Powell). The decor is beautifully done - you can tell the owners enjoy their happy place. And unlike a lot of condos we've stayed in, there was plenty of seating in the living room (couch, two chairs and a loveseat) which allowed us to hang out comfortably in the evening/watch a movie, etc. Location is just as described - secluded resort, but just a few minutes to 30A going west (LOVE!), and a few minutes to PCB going east. Nice because we could get to either place quickly when we wanted, but didn't have the crowds associated with either. The resort has all the usual amenities - pools, tennis courts, sauna, etc. We didn't use any of those but I am sure they are lovely for those that would. Additionally, the resort is right on the water of the gulf, but also on Lake Powell: we were able to rent kayaks from the office to use on the lake which was pretty neat! All in all, it was a lovely getaway. This is my favorite area of the panhandle, and this unit was a keeper. Definitely will stay again, hopefully sooner than later ;-)

Stunning Private Getaway in the Heart of it All!

We wanted a retreat from the craziness of spring break, yet the access and convenience of restaurants and outdoor concerts. As soon as we walked into this sunny inviting repose, I knew we had found "our place." Surrounded by water views, the spacious feel of the condo and its serene colors welcomed us, with every detail planned to ensure a picture-perfect visit. Immaculate, bright and sunny, the feel of this elegant condo is spacious and private. Designed to sleep five, it is the ideal choice for a family or small group, while ensuring that each person has plenty of "me" time. For the two of us, we had space and storage for days. Starting the day with coffee, yoga and the breeze overlooking the beach was sheer bliss. I loved meditating and listening in silence to the water's sounds and truly cannot remember when I have felt so relaxed and at peace. A late afternoon kayaking on Lake Powell...an absolute delight, before returning to the condo for our own little happy hour. The kitchen has everything one could possibly need for a quiet dinner at home, and the comfy sofa is the perfect place for a quick catnap before heading out for the evening. Dining out or going to the amphitheater is a breeze due to the location of this condo. It is close enough to everything to ride a bike if you want to grab a little exercise en route to your favorite hot spot. Traffic was never a problem for us. Full amenities are available for visitors, but for us, the star of the show was the Gulf of Mexico. It didn't matter if it was morning, noon, or night, the sublime magnificence of this unparalleled beauty was something we will always remember. Our experience here was one to remember, and I cannot recommend this property enough. Thank you, Heather, for sharing your exquisite and charming slice of heaven with us. We look forward to seeing you next time!

Great time at the beach!

Location was great, easy access to beach, restaurants, grocery shopping, and additional entertainment for kids. We had a family reunion and several families stayed here in Pinnacle Port and used Sunset Room for meal gathering. Perfect place for Reunion !

We bought this condo after visiting the Gulf coast over the years too many times to count! It's our second home, and enjoy sharing it with others.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Location location location! We love to treat ourselves to all the fine dining 30A has to offer, along with the boutique shopping! But having Pier Park and Panama City Beach minutes to the east is perfect for when the kids are ready to go check out Gulf World, water parks, and tons of other activites! The beach itself is amazing - not densely packed like others we've visited.

Camp Helen State park borders us to the west, providing even more seclusion. It is well maintained, with beautiful trails for hiking, biking, running, and wildlife observing.
