Our recently updated Lewes duplex home is the perfect place to getaway with your family and friends! It's located east of Coastal Highway and only a few short minutes from Historic downtown, Lewes Beach, Cape Henlopen, and around the corner from the Lewes-Georgetown trails. Our home has everything you're looking for at an affordable price point.

There’s enough space for 5 adults to getaway to enjoy, relax, and maybe even work remotely in this coastal-decorated 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home.

Ample parking available for three cars in rear driveway only off Woodland Ave.
Unit access through rear entrance.

Accessible to many amenities that makes visitors love Lewes so much.

- Take a walk to Historic Lewes (~ 1.5 miles) and all of its wonderful restaurants/shops

- Access the Georgetown-Lewes bike trail (~0. 3 mile) and ride to Cape Henlopen State Park (~4 miles) or pedal around on the Georgetown-Lewes Trail

- Shop local at nearby shops or nearby Tanger Outlets on Route 1

- Drive to Rehoboth Beach and visit the boardwalk (~ 6 miles) or take a ride on your bike on the Junction-Breakwater Trail (~30 mins)

little getaway in Lewes

The house was really cute and charming with well appointed updates. We really enjoyed staying there. It was centrally located to all of the fun things to do, The neighborhood was really quite relaxing.

Great Location in Lewes, DE

A comfortable house in a centrally location area, close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Lovely new bathrooms and kitchen with amenities. Very responsive host next door. Our family enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Clean and cute

The house was comfortable for five adults. Was within driving distance to area beaches. The house was clean and cute. A tea kettle would have been nice and maybe better outdoor seating, but overall a nice place!

Quiet neighborhood. Only criticism is the lack of a safety bar in shower. The kitchen was well equipped, the internet and tv channel selection was good.

Was a nice quiet neighborhood, everything was accessible , shopping mall , restaurants all within a minute drive. Will surely visit again.

Good stay and close to all beaches

Property was comfortable, three bedrooms, and very clean and close to all beaches. Kitchen was updated and provided main necessities. Some areas could be updated but in no means was it awful. The outside of the house needs some work for sure but overall, it was a good stay. I would stay there again.
