Amazing 1 Story Villa with the Best View in town, and the perfect yard and home to enjoy it! Double infinity edge HEATED pool overlooks the Lake and the perfectly manicured park. People-watch without being watched! The 8 person, light therapy spa is secluded behind the lush native vegetation and the lighted fountain art will put you in zen mode. Kayaks are Included. The interior is open and has many nice touches to make you never want to leave. Be prepared to make lasting memories - this place is truly special.

Perfect place

Our stay was perfect for my family. The pool, hot tub, lake, and cleanliness of the house was great. We needed a place to stay in between hotels and this place was a perfect place. It had an office for my husband to work as well. They labeled everything so things were easy to find. Would stay there again if needed to.

Hidden Gem

Driving into the neighborhood gives no clue to the hidden gem revealed upon entering this house! The house itself is comfortable, but the true star is the view and beauty of the back of the property. Our teens fully enjoyed the pool and hot tub along with kayaking on the lake straight from the back patio. The adults enjoyed simply sitting out back enjoying the weather. The host was easy to contact and work with and check-in / check-out was seamless. Highly recommend this property!

East Coast meets West Coast in Arizona

Grandparents and Aunt flew in from East Coast to meet Grandchildren age 6 and 8 (and their parents.) H2O Sanctuary was our ideal place. Plenty of room inside. Inground pool and separate hot tub outside. Sitting on a lagoon. The grandchildren really enjoyed the pool with their lifeguard Aunt with them. Lots to do locally. Plenty of dining in or out opportunities. The big garage was a plus to keep our cars out of the Arizona sun when not in use. Hosts were very timely responding to our inquiries via text. Minor annoyance - pool cleaning device on the bottom was in pool 24/7 with hose attached to side. We had to swim around it to go from one end to the other.

Paradise on the lake

This home is truly amazing! The Location and View can't be beat, and the back yard is truly a private resort. This is where we want to retire, and we want to share it with you before we do!

The back yard is magical - especially at night... it lights up in so many ways... different lighting settings in the pool, the spa, the fountain is such a unique and special element - you never knew you needed a fountain in your yard until you stay here! Over looking the park is more amazing than you know - being able to watch people play with their dogs and kids, etc... all from the privacy of our yard, which is actually very private - from the park, you can barely see into our yard. Additionally the 2 master suite set up makes this a perfect place for friend and family to gather for a truly unforgettable experience!
