Hamptons Waterfront Oasis with Private Dock!
Relax in our recently renovated oasis in Hampton Bays.
As you enter, you will walk into an open floor-plan living space with newly redone white oak floors, a cathedral-style living room, a stone fireplace, and a formal dining roomâ perfect for hosting your family and friends.
On the main floor, there is also an eat-in kitchen, that seats 4 people, three bedrooms (king bed, queen bed, and full bed, respectively), and two and a half bathsâ enough space for 6 people on this floor. There is also an outdoor shower if needed.
The second floor is a private den/office with its own bathroom and balcony to enjoy the sunrise. This space has a King sofa bed with enough space for 2 people.
Saving the best for lastâ the house also boasts a huge outdoor area with a large wrap around patio and dockside deckâ perfect for enjoying the sea views or pulling your boat right up to the house! Also, there is a bocce ball court, horseshoe court, and cornhole set for some fun in the sun on the property.
