Take a quick 5-minute drive to the Branson Theater District or a 10 minute drive to Branson Landing and Silver Dollar City. The house is also just 200 yards away from the entrance to the State Park Marina (Slips Available by reservation). 15 minutes from every major Branson attraction!

The Development has a large outdoor pool with a waterslide, a separate indoor pool, and pickleball courts!

The house has a fully stocked kitchen and en-suite bathrooms in every single bedroom. The arcade room has a foosball table, arcade games including Ms. Pacman, NBA JAM, Mortal Kombat II and a large connect 4. The Lower deck has corn hole a brand-new hot tub in mid-August. The Upper deck is an exceptional entertaining space which has tons of seating space, a large table, a grill, couch, additional chairs, beautiful patio and breath-taking lake views! The indoor living space's open concept comfortably fits 14 people. All bathrooms are stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of towels. Additional pool towels are available as well.

Wonderful place

This was a wonderful place for a multi-family vacation. The kids loved the basement area, and the adults had plenty of space to hang out. Deck was wonderful for the cool fall nights.

Very roomy and had great ammenities

The house was very roomy and had great ammenities. It looked exactly as described and the hosts were friendly and helpful. Do note that this area is on the beautiful lakefront and not walking distance to restaurants and activities. We enjoyed the community pool and the game room very much. My family wanted a nice place to spread out with pretty views and thats what they offer.

Our group of 10 stayed here for a quick trip to Branson

Our group of 10 stayed here for a quick trip to Branson. The house is in a great location. It is close to the lake, about 20 minutes from the attractions and restaurants, and about 20 minutes from Silver Dollar City. The neighborhood was very quiet. We used the path behind the house and got into lake. The pickle ball courts are pool are within walking distance too. The home itself was clean and fully stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and conditioner. The A/C kept the house cool in the 100 degree heat! So much space to spread out and relax. The teens and adults enjoyed the game room downstairs. The owners were very friendly and responsive to all my questions. We would stay here again!

We needed a place to stay

We needed a place to stay for an unfortunate death in the family… Our family was coming in from all over the country and we needed a place big enough for us all to gather. The accommodations here were amazing for us, we were able to comfortably sleep 14 of us in the house, and we had a lot of family over every night for meals and fellowship. The place was clean, well set up and really a blessing for our family… we all left Hollister wishing that we had the family together for better circumstances, because this place would have been an awesome place for a fun family reunion.

Great place for families!!

My family enjoyed our stay here! We enjoy the hot tub and community pools. The outdoor pool was usually pretty busy but the indoor pool was quieter which we enjoyed. We also enjoyed the arcade games and foosball table.

Comfortable Home -

House fit or 8 person family very well. Had to drive 15min+ to about anything (groceries , restaurants, gas, activities) we wanted to do. Indoor and outdoor pools were nice but lots of people. Some doors squeezed. BBQ needed to be cleaned - had grease fire. Spiders downstairs. Wasp nest on the deck. Nice view from deck. Plenty of utensils but no/ minimal extras( only salt & pepper). Water had a bad taste. Nice Spa. Very easy check-in/out. Couldn’t figure out how to play arcade games. Pool table was great. Heat and air worked great. Easy parking. Had a great time.

Our first visit to Branson

Our first visit to Branson and it started off with a beautiful home that was exactly as shown in the pictures. Open, lots of light, beautiful view off the back deck and very spacious rooms. This house is perfect for a large family. We will definitely be back !

We really enjoyed our stay at this property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We wanted to spend most of our time at the lake, so in that regard, we were very well located. We were also just 15 min away from most of the Branson attractions, so really we had the best of both worlds. The house was comfortable for our family as we traveled with 3 adult children. Everyone had enough space and they especially enjoyed the game room and hot tub.

Great home

Great home close by to Branson, Big Cedar, and Table Rock - super clean, easy to get to, and Mighty Tree is very accessible with great communication. We appreciate their help with several questions and would happily return.

Great floor plan

This house is la great floor plan. With 7 adults and 5 children (4-9) its hard to find a place where everyone has a place for entertainment. Every room has a TV and the game room kept the little ones busy all the time. The community pool was 2 houses away. It was listed as, "heated pool" but that was not the case. The pool was pretty cold for winter. The temperature should be increased if you're going to list "heated pool". The children swam in it for awhile, but got out as it was too cold. It wasn't enjoyable. The hot tub at the house was wonderful.

This house was plenty roomy for our family! We had a great stay. My family enjoyed the indoor pool, pickle ball, and the playground. Great communication with the property managers. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 5 year old! The amenities were great for a family! You really didn't need to leave the community but we did a few times so we could enjoy the Branson strip. Which was a very easy and beautiful drive. House was absolutely perfect for families! Kids loved the game room and hot tub. Adults loved the views and open kitchen/dining/living space! House was clean and beds were great! Had to stagger showers as the hot water didn't last long but it was worth the fun we had!! Staff was very responsive and helpful! We got there after dark so we had a rough time finding the house number as it doesn't face the road but it was most definitely just our old eyes lol!! We can't wait to go back!!

Excellent

We had a great stay. The place is beautiful and within 15 minutes of everything. We really liked how open and spread out it was. We had three families there for our stay and we didn't feel on top of each other. The host was friendly, attentive, and helpful.
