**Barbecue / Grill:** $75 (plus taxes) per stay. We provide one propane tank ? if applicable, it needs to be requested 3 days before the check-in date.

**Pool Heat / SPA:** $50 per night for a minimum of 4 days ? when applicable, it needs to be requested at least 5 days before the check-in date. Keep in mind this is not a jacuzzi or hot tub; it is a spa with no independent temperature control, so the temperature of the pool and the spa will be the same. Please note we take no responsibility if any problems occur with the pool heating system.

**For BBQ and Pool Heater requests, please contact us at least 5 days in advance.**

**Daily housecleaning is available but not included on the final price. Please request that at least 48h before arrival, subject to availability?and?charges.

**Trash Service:** Your home will have trash bins located on the side of the house where you should place bagged and tied trash (max. 30 lbs/14kg per bag) and/or flattened cardboard boxes. Do not wheel bins to the curb; the valet trash service will pick up from the side of the house.

**House Rules:**
- No parties allowed at this property! Penalties for violating our policy may apply.
- Washcloths are no longer provided due to health reasons.
- Guests do not have access to the Resort amenities besides restaurants.
- No smoking inside or outside of the property. $1,500 penalty fee for smoking at the property.
- Do not pull the fire alarm unless necessary; otherwise, the guest will be responsible for the cost of the Fire Dept. visit.
- A rental property agreement is required to be signed with a valid government-issued I.D. after the reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund.

**Minimum age to book:** One person must be 21 years old or over.

**Pool Heating:**
- Must be requested 48 hours before check-in.
- $50/day pool heating fee (must be heated for the entire reservation/minimum of 5 nights charge).
- December through February, due to cold weather, this large pool takes up to 48 hours to heat up, so please let us know in advance if you'd like the pool heated.

You have access to this private villa as well as Encore at Reunion's full-service restaurants and bars. The restaurant also delivers to the villa.

**Other things to note:**
- **Encore WATER PARK and GYM are NOT available for guests.**
- We require a guest list for each confirmed booking.
