This beautiful fully rehabbed condo in Seaglass Resort was designed and furnished professionally in 2022. The condo boasts a modern beach vibe making you feel right at home, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, and best of all located on a waterway with a beautiful water view! Only a 5-minute walk to Tampa Bay. Located in the quaint town of Apollo Beach, FL It's perfect for your next vacation getaway. Circles Restaurant is walking distance with gorgeous sunsets and great food! Manatee Viewing Center is right around the corner with tons of marine wildlife. This unit also has a private deck off the master bedroom that overlooks the beautiful bay's backwater.

Centrally located to Tampa, St Pete, and Sarasota. Bahia beach located in little harbor is only a 15 min drive away with great dining and sunset views.

•We are happy to accommodate pets for a fee. Fee is based on per pet per stay, for stays of up to 7 nights, a one-time fee of $150 is applied and paid separately after booking confirmation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night. Cats require a refundable $1000 deposit. Please contact us before booking to inquire about the applicable pet fee, as it varies based on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.

Great Location

Nice little place in a great location. Walking distance to several great restaurants on the water. The place was clean and updated nicely.

Fair Prob not stay again

We were not super excited about our stay, we had a family health emergency and wanted to adjust our stay dates, which were open and they would not work with us. The place is upgraded but very cheaply done, stains on furniture, broken blinds, broken wood work, minimal coffee and hospitality items, No hair dryer. Deck was lovely, close to two great resturants, No beach walking, A bit pricey for the unit for sure , Overall a little misleading, not our usual VRBO experience.

Ideal for what we needed.

This unit was fine for our needs. We were out on the water all day, every day. We had breakfast and dinner each day and then slept. Not fancy and could seem tight for too many people. Manager was very responsive.

Great Condo!

Really beautiful location. It’s right on the canal in a very safe area. Very clean and all the amenities of home. Nice to have a washer and dryer for longer stays! This is the second time we have stayed here and hope to come back again. Highly recommend this condo!!

Great location, just so so accommodations

The listing that this place is recently updated is very accurate. You can tell that it is an older building with many updates. We loved the location of this property, with two great restaurants with outside dining and activities available. The beach just around the corner was also great. The only issues we had were the very firm and uncomfortable bed and couch. Neither were good for relaxing in comfort. The kitchen was great but only basics were included. The deck on our unit was also very nice but could have included a gas grill. Overall, very nice place but we’ve stayed at nicer VRBO properties.

Misleading

We had 2 groups that rented both units . We decided as a group to rent this property because of the availability of a boat slip. We were told when we got there the boat slip was 1st come 1st serve. You could tell the boats in the slips had not been moved in quite sometime, with barnacles ext. we had to pay over $500 to rent a boat slip elsewhere. The description of the property is very misleading, if not a flat out case of false advertising. The shower had Luke warm water at best, none of the bedroom or bathroom doors would shut, guessing shotty work by an obvious amateur . The new shower was literally just thrown in and half way caulked over an existing window. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Overall the “newly updated “ unit was done on the cheap!
