Our cozy suite is located less than 10 minutes from downtown Lakeland and less than an hour from Disney World!
Walking distance to many stores and delicious restaurants.
Enjoy many of the local nature walks close by.
Walk under majestic oak trees through our super safe neighborhood to the recreation center just a block away. Work out, play tennis or pickle ball. Courts are free week days until 5 pm and all day Sundays. The recreation center has a full gym as well as Olympic sized pools.

Great place

This was a great place to stay. Owners were very flexible with a late check in. They have pretty much everything you need in the room and know how to welcome guests. This will definitely be a return rental if we’re back in Lakeland.

This VRBO was just what we were looking for during our stay. We made arrangements before arriving to have an early check in for an extra cost. When we arrived the VRBO was not cleaned yet. I text the owner, she corrected the situation and refunded our money. It’s definitely not a fancy place but for the price we thought it was just fine. It’s very secluded and quiet. We would stay here again.

Had a great stay convenient to great food and shopping. Quiet area in a friendly neighborhood. Fair price would stay there again without hesitation. I plan to return in early December.

Lakeland Cottage

Wonderful accommodations, Photos do not do it justice. Convenient location, quiet neighborhood, large walk in closet with work desk and great WiFi/Internet. Would love to stay here on our next trip to Lakeland.

Property exactly as described. Perfect for the business traveler who needs a place to hang their hat. Hosts were extremely responsive in helping us resolve a situation of our own leaking. Enjoyed our stay!!!

Great place for over night stay

Really enjoyed the room, a little hard to walk at night all the way back to that part of house, very cozy, would suggest offering a full roll of TP and having a coupe bottles of water in fridge. Otherwise I’d stay again. Very quiet and relaxing. It was two miles from where my friends were staying so very convenient.

Convenient to the nature-related activities we wanted to do in the area. Better fitting bed sheets would be helpful. Room had very little natural light.

Cute suite

Suite is just as shown in photos. Owners have taken care to include many small items people might need such as shampoo, utensils, coffee/tea packets. Located in quiet residential neighborhood. Note to aviators:. This place is perfect for Sun 'N Fun stays!

The property was great. My only issue was the outside porch light on all night. The light automatically comes on and went off about 6:00 AM. Other than that, everything was great.

Nice Studio Vibes

The only thing I wish is if the power did not shut down within the 10 mile radius of where we were staying at that left us in a hot room with no windows, no fans, and with no sense of air circulation in the room for the last 12 hours of our trip. With no type of Compensation for our 2 night stay.

A gem with comfy bed

3 night stay and a beautiful studio. Nicely equipped and plenty of space for a couple. A surprise were the snacks, paper products and chilled beverages in fridge upon arrival. Super clean. Only drawback i could see if someone had mobility issues. The entrance is located at the back of the residence and walkway is mostly stone pavers. A little wonky with those using a wheeled suitcase.

Inaccurate description of property

This property inside was cute and nicely decorated but wasn’t deep cleaned and was difficult to get to. There needs to be outside pictures so when choosing a property, you can know you are walking to the back of a house, entering into a porch with a lot of random workout equipment, to enter into a one bedroom/bathroom on the back of someone’s home. Host was friendly and responsive however and neighborhood was fine. Just wasn’t what I expected.

Perfect location for Sun 'n Fun attendees

This is the second time we have stayed at this location while attending Sun 'n Fun. Unfortunately, this time there was an issue: When arriving for an 8-day stay, it was clear the unit had not been cleaned and the bed not changed/made. I spoke to someone on site, and someone went in to clean a bit and put new towels. I could not tell if the sheets were clean, so I purchased more sheets. Disappointing - but easily remedied.

My stay was very enjoyable. For me the location was the best thing. Nice and quite neighborhood. Close to many places to eat or shop. Lakeland has many great parks to visit and relax.

Excellent communications with Yana prior to our arrival. Parking was convenient. We felt at ease coming and going to visit family and friends. Location was great and amenities accurately fit the description provided. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. So appreciated the snacks provided.
