There is a second shared full bath in the main area. There is guest-accessible laundry (free) in the primary bath.
There is an open-concept living space to relax and watch TV, play games, cook dinner, eat, etc.
The front porch overlooks a community courtyard that you're welcome to enjoy and there's also a private and fenced-in side yard.
