Tranquil 2-bedroom at Red Rocks & Chatfield ~ Winter Wonderland

Spacious and decked out with tons of perks!

20 minutes to Red Rocks and only a 5 minute drive to Chatfield Reservoir, there is a ton to stay active with around the condo.

Inside, you'll find all your cooking needs & more + a gas grill on the balcony. Kick back for TV - we've got Disney, Amazon, Peacock and Spotify. The front office area and 2 car garage are most loved by guests, along with a well stocked kitchen.

Here at the grounds there is a pool and hot tub for use, seasonal. You are welcome to use the 2 kayaks, fishing gear or the sleds for winter. The 2 car garage is really nice to have during the winter and it’s all yours too. There's a studio which is occupied sometimes below this home, it has its own entrance through the backyard under the balcony. There is a Ring camera facing the walkway to the front door, which you are welcome to disconnect once arriving.

Wonderful property. It was clean and plenty of room. Beds were comfy and kitchen was fully stocked. Quiet and safe neighborhood, would highly recommend. Was able to smoke outdoors, which was a plus.

Overall this condo was great. There was a small mishap with the garage door but the host responded quickly (and it was after midnight). Would recommend staying here.

Wedding in Littleton, CO

A friend and I attending a wedding in Littleton, and the location and neighborhood of this VRBO was perfect. This is a condo in a nice subdivision with a garage. The check in was easy and the owner was very receptive to anything we needed. The property is nicely decorated and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. The property fit our needs perfectly, it was clean, and in a nice location. We enjoyed having a kitchen to prepare meals. This was the host’s first time having guests, so there were a few kind to work out, but nothing major. Char was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I recommend staying here!

Perfect base for exploring!

Cozy home base for exploring local attractions and getting authentic feel for the area. We were minutes from Red Rocks and about an hour from Colorado Springs. The condo was clean and very comfortable, with all the amenities. Char was a great host, and the stay helped make our trip one for the ages! 10/10!

Nice place have a little break from life

The property is cute and enjoyable. Nice having a full kitchen to be able to make dinner and breakfast. A little disappointed as we had expected. The listing was a little unclear on that. Overall nice easy stay.
