Treasure Trove is a distinctive waterfront property made up of four units, each featuring 4 bedrooms.

The Flying Dutchman is the perfect place to find treasure and is known for its contemporary and comfortable style in addition to its exquisite views. This beauty will exceed your expectations with brilliant Intracoastal landscapes and generous floor plan. This waterfront oasis features a comfortable living room with plenty of space for the whole group to gather.

Cook together in the well-appointed kitchen complete with an island and stainless steel appliances. Dine together at the table for 8. At night, rest well in the 4 comfortable bedrooms, each of which has a TV.

This light and airy condo boasts a well-maintained interior featuring a King bed in the Primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed with a private balcony. The third bedroom has a King bed. They share a full bathroom. The fourth bedroom has 2 Twin beds and Full Bunk beds. Hallway bath features a tub/shower combo and an additional half bath in the hallway.

Additional conveniences include a private washer/dryer, dock access with shore power and water, and a beach just a few minutes away.

Treasure Trove is nestled in a unique and private location, but close to area beaches, restaurants, and shops. It boasts a waterfront infinity pool, grills, and boat and fishing docks. Just behind the condo is the Intercoastal Waterway, perfect for beautiful views and plentiful sightings of dolphins and manatees. You will not want to miss this fabulous vacation opportunity with fun for everyone.

Treasure Trove is situated on Boca Ciega Bay on the barrier island of Treasure Island. There are many local restaurants within a five-minute walk. Treasure Island boasts miles of gorgeous white sand beaches and that 'Old Florida' feel. The famous John's Pass Village, an old fishing village that has been transformed into a shopping area, is just two miles away. It’s home to a variety of shops, stores, restaurants and bars, John's Pass Village has something for everyone.

Super relaxing stay! Loved the pool. And seeing dolphins out in the bay in morning and evening ! The beds were comfy. Walking distance to beach and restaurants and an awesome claw arcade !!! Only minor hiccups along the way (pool light not working, no regular "extras" like condiments, bug spray, etc) but overall would recommend !!!

Nice place but needs maintenance on appliances!

Washing machine would not drain and spin, coffee maker leaked all over floor, fridge crisper door broken and main door wouldn't close completely. The amount they charge for this property everything should be in working order, not all rusted and junked out!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was nice and walking distance to everything you could want. Spent the extra money to have a pool but that was a mistake. Property owner knew there was a problem with the filter and heater but we were told by the maintenance guy they didn’t want to fix it yet. Never had heat or proper circulation in the pool in our 7 day stay. Was very disappointing.

December 2023 Family Christmas Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the property for a family Christmas vacation which involved 8 people. The condo was plenty big to accommodate four couples. We enjoyed the covered outdoor space on the back deck overlooking the intercoastal waterway, which allowed us to see dolphins almost daily. The pool was great and plenty large for numerous parties to enjoy. The location was great, with a straight shot to downtown St. Petersburg, and close enough to Gulf Boulevard for quick access to St. Pete Beach and John's Pass. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance, including a grocery store. The condo is only a short distance to the beach and other water activities such as renting a pontoon. We would recommend this property to others. The couple negatives for this property was the very low water pressure in the master bathroom and the lack of warm water. The occasional cockroach in the kitchen (we understand it's Florida and may be more common than where we live in the North).

Management

The unit is clean and large which is great for a decent size family. Where this property needs work is the management. There was a hurricane 2 days before check in but there was no communication from management until I reached out again and got a reply by text 24 hours before my check in. The person in charge of management couldn’t be reached by calling because they were away on vacation so I only got a few short texts here and there from them. This property has so much potential but you can tell the only people that go there on a regular basis are the cleaners and not a property manger. My unit didn’t have any water pressure or hot water in the master. The reply I got from them was “I’ll send in” which never got fixed. When you go into any of the 4 units from the main staircase and elevator shaft which they all share, there are an insane amount of flys that are trapped in there and there is no AC so it’s miserable. This is the only stair case that goes to the front door to actually lock your unit! You can hear people yelling when they run up and down the stairs because of the bugs. Their reply was “safe travels I’ll send in your comments”. These units are not cheap and it really feels like they don’t care. Pool was empty when we got there. The beds are very low quality and uncomfortable. All of this could be resolved if anyone actually walked the property before collecting $2k per weekend. $199 fee for boat and no trailer parking. Not looking to stay here again.

Wonderful setup, great location. Worth it!

We had a large group of family stay for my birthday bash. The location was perfect. Close to the beach, easy access to the causeway and supplies. Beach access was a short walk away. The pool was phenomenal. We saw a dolphin swimming in the bay on the first day. Four bedrooms were great to have with the adult gang we had. Full Kitchen set up was great even though we didn’t cook we still made use of essential kitchen items. Some things to remember zero condiments are provided. Not even salt and pepper. Maybe the host could provide salt and pepper packets in the “upon arrival essentials”. Or a vending machine with some essential condiment packets. Who wants to buy a container of ketchup, mayo or mustard for a four day trip? We enjoyed the balcony view of the bay. It gave us extended living space and room. All in all. Great stay! Worth it.

Spring Break trip with family and friends

The property was amazing. Clean inside and out. There was plenty of room for the party of 11 staying in our unit. The pool was large and there were plenty of lounge chairs for all. We saw dolphins daily and even had a manatee swim under our dock. Overall we had an amazing vacation and would definitely return.

The Condo was great, accommodated all of us from the right amount of beds, bathrooms, and just space. Nothing was more relaxing hanging out on the patio off the condo whether it was drinking our morning coffee or enjoying a cocktail after sunset. The pool was very clean and perfect for morning/afternoon sunshine. The kayaks were amazing as we were 10 feet from 3 dolphins one morning! We would also take the bikes out multiple times a day to bike to Publix in a pinch, or just to the local beach a spot! 12/10 would recommend staying here!!
