The unit is very well located for people who want to use it as a gate away to day trips around Bend, but also walkable distance from groceries and restaurants. It was very clean and well equipped. It should be noted that this is a small unit that gives right on the backyard and back windows of the main larger unit, and it can be fairly noisy in the evening.

Place was good with a couple constructive items to make it excellent.There was not any regular washcloths only the "make-up" type.Also the WiFi coverage could be better as it only worked in the living are of the rental not the bedroom. Could have been something going on with the WiFi just around when we stayed but would not connect in bedroom.We were only in there at night so it didn't matter much to us.

We loved our stay in this tiny house. Quiet neighborhood yet only a block from The Newport Market and Backporch Roasters. Nice to stroll along the river with your coffee.Mattress and pillows excellent and big fluffy towels too.very clean.would love to come back

Best location you could want for a stay in Bend. Nice that the futon and the bed are in separate rooms. Well equipped rental.

Perfect birthday getaway

Stayed in Bend for a few days to celebrate my birthday. This was a perfect place to stay that felt like home. Check in and out was super simple and the neighborhood we were in was very walkable and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again.

Small but nicely appointed space. Location is easy access to almost anywhere in Bend, so that was great! Everything worked well inside the unit and even had coffee provided. And the ownership management team was very responsive.

If you are looking for a home close to everything you could want to Bend, then you must stay at this property! The home was clean and had everything one would need.

More than a day in Bend

The area which me and my partner stay that was a nice central location. With convenient, travel both for walking and driving. Also have the opportunity to see nature at its finest.

Everything was quick and convenient. The hosts emailed me all the info I needed a week in advance and made themselves available for any questions. The location is cute, well decorated. Just the perfect little stay.

Very pleasant - had everything we needed. The only complaints were that there was a very strong bleach/cleaning solution smell when we first arrived and the refrigerator (?) made a loud buzzing noise. Other than that it was perfect!

Great neighborhood, cute place

This place is in a neighborhood that you dream of living in. Quiet and low key but with great restaurants and cafes just a block away. Bike rental is also easy and you're just a few minutes from the core of Bend. The place is cute, appropriate for 2 people, and has everything you need.

Situation is perfect, great grocery store, coffee shops and breakfast places all within easy walk. Nancy Ps is recommended. House is very comfortable and easy to maintain. Absolutely everything is provided.

Great Location and Experience

Highly recommend this spot in Bend! Only a block from the grocery and a few coffee shops. Also only a short ten minute walk or so to the river before seeing the main part of town. The house itself was perfect for the two of us. We would go back!

Nice location and clean house

First, the location is great for getting around Bend. You can walk many places. There is a local grocery store just two blocks away and a really good coffee shop. There are also a couple of breakfast and lunch spots in the same place. We were able to walk to Bend Brewing easily. Old Town isn't far either. Very nice!The layout of the house is ok. The "living room" area is tight, but we didn't really spend time there anyway. The futon isn't great. We didn't watch any tv so we didn't need to spend any time on it, but this isn't a great piece of furniture. We used the small table in there a couple of times. The kitchen had the items we needed, mainly a coffee maker and fridge. We weren't cooking while we were there, but we did have some beer, water and stuff to make sammiches that we kept in the fridge. We also bought some coffee and used the pot each morning. We also went to the coffee spot two minutes away one morning. We like coffee. There was a small incident across the street one night around 11pm and the police showed up. They were pretty quiet. The guy they were dealing with, was not as quiet and screamed some expletives and other things at them. Once he was placed in a car things got quiet. Police handled it very well it seems. We didn't feel unsafe at all. This was an isolated incident and the guy wasn't threatening anyone, just making a lot of noise.

This cute little unit was in walking distance of so many restaurants and cafes. We were able to walk over to a cafe in the morning for coffee less than a minute away, or over to a very popular breakfast spot less than 15 minutes away. Everything in downtown Bend was no more than 20 minutes away, and the walk through the park was very nice.

Great location for morning coffee at Backporch, breakfast at Nancy Pi’s, lunch at Spork and beautiful groceries at the incredible Newport Market! All just a few steps away.
