You’ll love living outdoors on the two wraparound decks - complete with everything from hammocks to alfresco dining space. Enjoy breezes and bird calls in the shade of the lower deck, and sunset views and evening stargazing on the upper deck! Great for families with kids, the fenced yard includes a brand-new playset with a slide, lookout tower, and swings. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after sun-soaked days at the beach, and gather round the firepit for evening drinks.

Spread across two floors, the sunlit interior provides all the comforts of home. Relax and restore in one of four plush bedrooms, or kick back and socialize in the open living areas. Whip up delicious dishes in one of two full kitchens, configured with everything you need for beach snacks and beyond. Mini-split HVAC units provide powerful cooling as needed.

Located across from the nature preserve, you’ll have a peaceful stay on a quiet street. Town Beach is just a two-mile drive. Under a mile away, the Montauk Downs State Park Golf Course features a public pool and tennis courts in addition to scenic links. Find an array of local shopping and dining options within a couple of miles. Fishing charters are available at multiple locations along West Lake Drive and the dock area.

Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
