Satisfied overall

Very clean spot, the neighbors were loud, but it was game day weekend so nothing that bothersome. Great stay overall! Check in was easy, comfortable place.

The location I booked is not the location I had. The property flooded and damaged all my belongings. The beds were on the floor. The host promised to send maintenance and never did

Good spot, close to where I needed to be

Stayed here for my LSU graduation ceremony. It was well located, clean and spacious. Plenty of space and a very responsive property owner.

Terrible!!!

Check in was at 3. At 3 i was calling owner for instructions and getting no answer. Called Vrbo who was able to reach him to tell me i would receive code, etc. In 20 minutes. An hoir and a half later, finally received after calling and texting owner multiple times. Neighborhood was terrible, no parking, beer caps everywhere, house not well kept or well cleaned. Kitchen not equipped with necessities, beds were awful, only tv was in living room, holes in walls, ripped up furniture, doors would not all shut, and a whole fence was down blocking the side door and yard. The last straw to me was that only one of the toilets would flush and neither shower worked!!! My boyfriend had to go Saturday morning to buy and replace both shower heads so we could even bathe. We took them both back off when we left! I tried calling VRBO twice and got "disconnected" both times. If zero stars was an option, i would leave ZERO! Tried adding the pictures i took, but it won't let me.

Horrible place to stay

Don’t recommend staying here at all. When we arrived there was no street parking and you had to park in a yard. Beer bottles were everywhere. When we arrived all the neighbors were very loud. Once we walked in there were several issues inside. Bloody pillows in the closets, ceiling fans that were extremely loud, torn up furniture. We also noticed that they didn’t have any towels for us on our two night stay. I had to ask for the check in information which thankfully the owner responded sort of quickly. We didn’t end up staying here and stayed in a hotel instead due to all the issues of feeling unsafe and dirty.

Did make it inside

The host never gave us check in instructions. He was rude, and made racial remarks. He left us without a place to stay and hotels were slim picking and prices escalated at the late hour due to family weekend at LSU.

Good for what we needed

The house was close to where we were staying. It has been redecorated in a pleasant fashion. My friends were in town for my son's rehearsal dinner and wedding, and the VRBO check in listed 3:00. The owner told me the previous guests had checked out late, so my guests were not able to check in for nearly an additional two hours, which have them very little time to get ready for the dinner. Other than that, the host was very responsive to communication.
