Nice stay for our needs!

Property was clean and awesome proximity to the beach. Resort had great amenities with the pools and a beach side restaurant on the property. We would definitely stay again. It was just my husband, my brother and myself, it was perfect for us. I did reach out to the property manager before our stay via email about a parking question and did not receive a response but I was able to call the resort phone number and figure it out. The only 2 things I’d mention about the property is the thin walls (which is not anything the owner can help) and the couch. You could hear everything in the hallways and the people above you which was not a big deal but just something to be aware of. The couch is pretty worn out and super uncomfortable, we could hardly sit on it but most of our time was spent outside so not a huge deal. Overall, I’d recommend this property and it’s a great location for the price. You can’t beat it so I give it 5 stars!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good experience in a quiet location in a well maintained condo. Only negative is that the furniture could have been more comfortable.

My stay at the plantation.

We had a great week here, beautiful weather and water. Loved the balcony! Was happy with the speed of the elevators, and the short walk to the beach. Everyone was friendly. Also enjoyed the beach service. Would stay again.
