Tiny for Two + Pet! Explore Minimalist Living in this 12' x 24' chic shed studio home in the serene countryside. The yard is fenced for privacy and your small furry friend! Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in our unique tiny guest home that is centrally located to lots of activities:

We have two guest homes next to each other with private entrances. The red chic shed has a large porch and an enclosed fenced yard for your ultimate privacy. Come connect with nature and you’ll become more aware of what really matters.

Please send a picture of your pet. Would love to see them :) Please note: we can not accept dangerous breeds for insurance purposes.

We have relaxed our pet policy to allow two furry friends under 20lbs, hoping it helps with separation anxiety. If your dog does have separation anxiety, we appreciate if you kennel your dog. We do not charge a "Pet Fee" however, if there is damage to the home and/ or property you will be responsible for the damage. Please let us know if you see damage. It helps us respond quickly to get replacements or a handyman lined up.

We do have free range chickens in our area, so please be courteous and walk your dog on a leash if you go outside the fenced area. Please clean up after your pet also. This will keep the yard clean for everyone. The country road is a great place to walk your dog in the morning!

Perfect location with close proximity to all the local amenities, including the beaches, but yet it is secluded and quiet. We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay in this super cute tiny home with a glorious porch and private fenced-in yard. I enjoyed coffee with the sounds of nature and the rooster crowing nearby every morning. It was perfect!

Beautiful Getaway

We came for the weekend to see Tyler Childers and the tiny home was perfect! It was so nice having private access to the beautiful garden. The home was immaculate and very comfy. Would absolutely recommend!!

Great for couples that have fur kids!

My husband and I visited from Houston Texas with our 2 fur babies and absolutely loved it! Quiet at night, secure fence for any size dogs, clean, and very relaxing. We had 0 problems! I forgot to bring my dogs ball and they had one provided for her, thank God!!! There was also an extra set of dogs bowls incase you forgot yours and pee pads! We loved our stay! Bed was soooooooo comfortable!

We had a quick two night stay while we were visiting for a wedding- This tiny home and quiet fenced in yard area were just what we needed. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The electronic lock made check in easy as we could just show up late at night after the rehearsal dinner and party. We have nothing to complain about!

Great central & quiet location

I stayed at this property for Sand In My Boots festival weekend. It was a quick 5 min drive from the shuttle location. It was private and relaxing. Would recommend to a solo/couple that wants to be close to shopping and the beach.

Our new favorite spot

The property was great. We brought our two pups with us and it was great having a fenced in area for them. The host was great and very responsive. She even offered to let our boys out if we needed it. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. The bed is extremely comfortable and having the washer and dryer was perfect. Although it is a tiny home it was more than enough space for us to relax inside and plenty of space outside in our own private area.

Tiny for two house

We loved our stay at the tiny for two house. It was everything we needed. Location was great- close to all attractions in the area. We especially enjoyed the fenced in yard for our two dogs. Karen was a great host!

Amazing VRBO

Truly my favorite VRBO I’ve stayed in, and I’ve stayed in a lot. It was clean, it was well equipped for grilling/cooking, it had a cute little outside area to chill and eat. It had a cute little table inside to chill and eat. There was a toaster oven, a microwave, and a nice tv for watching movies. The shower/bathroom was very clean and the washer/dryer were there in case we needed.If you are a party of 2 or even just a solo traveler this is a great spot. The neighborhood is in a quiet spot surrounded by beautiful trees and is perfect to go for walks in. My girlfriend and I are very happy to have been able to stay here.

Perfect in every way!!

My Husband and I were traveling to Gulf Shores to meet family that had a condo on the Beach. We wanted to bring our dogs and needed to find a place that would allow them. Not only did the Karen allow them, there wasn't an additional fee for them!! The fenced in area and the porch added to the charm of the tiny home. The tiny had absolutely EVERYTHING you would need, and was located in a great location as well. We will definitely keep this one on our list of "yes" when visiting the area. I love my life and love hosting. I started hosting in 2015 and opened Beach Home Alabama Realty managing resort properties along the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Alabama coastlines. My engineering and business background helps me lead and participate on several condo association boards and I was a Top Producer in resort property sales 2020-2022. I live in rural Alabama, on the Bon Secour River, and it has enriched my life.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The Tiny for Two is a guest home on my property. The former owner was a master gardener and I fell in love with all she did with the land immediately. There are Hydrangeas, a Monarch butterfly flower garden, organic garden with pepper plants, eggplant, carrots, etc, fruit trees and a river abundant with fish. I put in a deep well that produces living water so clean and full of trace minerals. I was not looking to buy anything, but I believe divine intervention lead me here.

Since moving 8 miles from the beach, I have been blessed with two rescue animals, Roscoe and Bubbles and two chickens, Buffy and Easter. I knew nothing about chickens. True story... I went to the feed store to pick up blueberry fertilizer and came out with two chicks in a box, chick feed and a bale of straw. I now have a fenced in chicken house on a deck and eat eggs daily. YES! Great way to start the day! My friends tell me, "I want to come back as one of your chickens". I am now that crazy chicken lady.

This is a special 288SF space I built to prove "tiny" is really all you need. I lived in Japan for a while and I grew up knowing minimalist living. It's amazing how the Japanese live in such close quarters yet exude such calm and reserved demeanor. Tiny living allows people to connect and contemplate what's important in their life. It encourages freedom and sheds burdens.

The tile in the kitchen is Cuban inspired. Each color is hand poured between a metal patterned framework. The tiles dictated my color scheme. There is a queen bed, rolling desk so you can work from your bed or standing up, dining table and kitchenette, shower, running water toilet, and a full sized washer and dryer. Beauty is extended to the outside which expands your living space and connection with nature. I planted herbs and fruit trees the Ellen White way and the cedar chairs are locally made and fit a body perfectly. Play dominos, Tic Tac Toe, put a puzzle together, cut some herbs, grill out, drink a glass of wine and just talk. It's amazing what you'll learn about each other.

There is a great saying, " You don't own possessions they own you." This Tiny for Two guest home is my study of affordable housing options that encourages freedom and minimalistic living and I am happy to share that experience with you.
