Perfect spot for our family of 4!

Everything we needed for a wonderful week at the beach. The condo was well stocked and super comfortable. Sunshine Realty was super helpful and working with them was easy peasy. We’d definitely stay here again and again.

Nice comfortable modern decorated

The unit was nice and clean, comfortable beds and furniture, nice updated showers. Easy access to pool and beach. We enjoyed staying there.

Family vacation

We spent a week at this property and had an absolutely amazing experience!!! The location was perfect, close to the pool and beach! The condo was clean and fully stocked and we genuinely enjoyed our time in St. Augustine! Would love to stay again!

We already booked for next year!

This was an amazing, spotless, very nice condo. We had two kids, and loved the screened-in porch and being on the first floor. The convenience of the pool and beach is unmatched, and the kitchen was gorgeous and had everything we needed. We will be back, for sure. I also needed to contact the property at the last minute for an extra accommodation, and they were prompt and very understanding. We loved it!

Family traditions

Our family has always spent time at the beach each summer. This year we had a wonderful stay here. The condo was well stocked with linens and the kitchen was one of the best stocked I have seen in a rental. So close to the pool and beach. All communication was timely and clear.

MDW at the beach!

We decided to drive down to Florida from NC for MDW. The condo was perfect for me and my girlfriends to enjoy some time off of work at the beach. The condo was very nice, updated and perfect for the four of us. Right on the beach and super close to cute restaurants & coffee shops.

Retirement Trip

What Great place. We had a great time very relaxed. No kids,dogs or grandchildren. Beach was great weather was nice and the condo was perfect. The only thing was snake mating, season. Hate snakes and saw 2 of them 😳

Wonderful condo!

My husband and I stayed for a month and we really enjoyed everything about this rental. The unit was clean, updated and comfortable with everything we needed. We loved the screened porch and easy access to the pool and beach. The property managers responded to questions promptly and immediately resolved the minor issues that came up. The property is older but the pools and landscaping are updated and very well maintained.

Anniversary Vacation

Very clean, tastefully decorated with very comfortable furniture and beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Steps to the pools, and beach access walkway. Management co. had repairmen very quickly when the refrigerator fan iced up and quit working. Parking passes were not in unit when we arrived. We scrounged a pass from the Condo Assoc office
