This place was great! It is perfect if you are looking to have a nice and relaxing weekend. The pool is 30 yards away, marina is a 10 minute drive, and the view is wonderful. It’s a little dated but well kept.

Excellent Weekend Getaway

My daughter, granddaughter and I do a weekend trip each year to Fairfield Bay. This was the best place we have stayed! Property was clean, spacious and had a great view. Also had free passes to Cool Pool which we all enjoyed! We had the best time! It was very relaxing and just what we needed!

Fall Colors and Amazing View of Cliffside Condos in Fairfield Bay

This Condo is absolutely amazing. Clean and Cozy and everything your heart desires. Breath taking view from the balcony and view of the night sky with a million stars all around. Watch for falling stars as they will not disappoint. A must stay for all those wishing to relax, enjoy peace and quiet and enjoy the sounds of nature. Will not disappoint…

Relaxing stay in Fairfield Bay

We greatly enjoyed thia particular property! Clean.. spotty to little no TV/ WiFi but it was okay becaue we swam...chilled on the deck Went to the lake/ played miniature golf.. we will definitely be trying to stay again.

As Advertised, or maybe even better

We enjoyed staying here, but weren't in the condo much. Enjoyed the pool one afternoon (50 yards away). Played at 1 of 2 golf courses there. Course was in good condition and about $50. Spent most of our time on the lake. But... The condo was nice and well furnished. The view was good but a bit limited by trees. Enjoyed sitting on the large wrap-around porch (except when the neighbor's loud a/c was running and disturbing the peace and quiet). Large bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, cool a/c, great location, nice price. Go ahead and book it.

Condo looks better than the pictures!

This condo is nicer and larger than the pictures suggested! The place is very clean! Most importantly, the furniture and beds are very comfortable-no sitting/sleeping on springs here! These items are the most important to us: cleanliness and furniture condition/comfort! Both couples were very satisfied with our accommodations. My only complaint is with the tv entertainment; a smart tv capable of streaming movies from your phone, etc. would be appreciated but a set of batteries in BOTH remotes for the living room tv and the DVD player would be even better! To watch a DVD, we had to remove the tv remote’s batteries…back and forth to do rewind, volume, etc. Such a little thing certainly didn’t dampen our enjoyment!

Perfect spot by the Cool Pool

The pictures of the condo didn’t do this place justice. The condo was very comfortable and clean! The short walk to the pool was ideal! The view from the balcony was beautiful!

Great Accomodations!

Went with friends to Fairfield for golf weekend and stayed here. Condo was very nice. Plenty of space for 3 of us. Location was great, close to pool. Washer/dryer came in handy. Owner was quick to communicate and answer questions. Highly recommend!

Excellent Accommodations

Beautiful condo with new upgrades. Nice kitchen area open to dining & living room area. Two bedrooms & two bathrooms. Extremely clean. One of the best we have ever stayed at in Fairfield Bay.
