The Paradise @ Lyncott, A famiily friendly place to stay!

Thank you for your stay Diane.

We regret the experience that our guest had at our property. As soon as the guest expressed her concern about our place, we offered her an option of to move to one of our other property for the same rate. We gave her also option to check out with full refund. We take very seriously issues of cleanelness, we offer places that we believe are clean. But people are different. A disclaimer: we offer and marketing three rooms, no basement is posted as a part of the deal. The mentioned fridge used was out of business in the basement. We did not even understand how the guest moved to use stored items. We were not made aware of this need prior to using. Otherwise we have a brand new small fridge in working condition commensurate to our property.

Thank you for staying with us. Great guests to have.

Sorry for this inconvenience Mr. Dean. Our cleaner had turned off the ac as a cleaning routine forgetting the weather. We advised them to pay attention to this in the future. Also, should we have know, we had couple fans available. We do apologize for this.

Thank you for the review and for your stay. The city does urban planification. Security assurance guarantee is our business! We will be honored to have you again.

Yes, We will do.

We have a permanent contract for preventive service with Orkin pest control company. They service the property every other month. This frequency has been increase after the guest claim to be sure that nothing has been missed or in case something has contaminated the house between the service. The reports we get states that the place is clear of the bugs. We deceded to have maintenance service since last years to prevent this occurrence to happen. In addition to orkin service, all beddings that were used during the guest stay were thrown away, replaced with newer.

Thank you for your stay. We will remove flagrance.

It was unfortunate to have these great guests face challenges in our property. As we are aware that things may happen, we use ORKIN for preventive maintenance. They do service once in two months. As soon as we learned about the situation with guest, we Orkin was called for urgent deep treatment, we temporarily closed closed down the property temporarily, disposed off used beddings for new ones, fully refunded the guest with our apologies. Orkin services are going to continue on regular basis. It’s our firm bilieve that this issue is resolved

Tabitha, thank you for staying with us. Sorry for the experience. I wish you had notified us as soon as the incident happened. We have only one neighbor, a female, who usually does not interfere in our business. She has grown up children. We would have addressed. The cussing issue if we would have been advised on time as this is the first time we hear that. The backyard is fully fenced and accessible by our guests only.We have a smoke free policy.we never smoke in our lives. We have less control over what happens in neighbors properties. Michigan is also a weed free state, our house and our properties are not. Next time when you come to us, we will be sure to check with you during the stay to be sure that your experience with us stays with only positive memories. Rehards.

The guest did not stay with us. Property was not ready when the guest arrived. Relocated to different place, 100% refunded money. Previous guest had health challenges preventing them to leave on time. We aim for excellence, Hosting is what we do!
