Welcome to this beautiful boutique property hosted by Sea N' Rent, at an outstanding location in the heart of Tel Aviv. Enjoy a luxurious stay in this 2 bedroom apartment with all modern facilities in an idyllic residential area of the city.
The apartment includes a Mamad (safe room) for your safety and peace of mind.
The Vacation rental apartment is at the American Colony, between Florentine and the beach, near the newly restored "Tachana" railroad station. There are many restaurants and small shops in the area.
Take a walk to the nearby Flea Market for browsing and lots of choices of cafes and cool local brands.
The apartment is a few minutes walk from the historical and unique neighborhood of Tel Aviv called Neve Tzedek. Neve Tzedek is well known for being the first Jewish neighborhood built outside of the wall of the ancient port of Jaffa.
This neighborhood is famous for its unique and authentic architecture. It has lovely restaurants and shops. It takes only 5 minutes to get to the beach and 10 minutes to walk to the centre of Tel Aviv.
A relaxing terrace where you can enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning or your afternoon tea overlooks the green garden and historical city streets, immersing you in the local area.
The apartment is located on floor 2 and is accessible by elevator. The apartment includes a Mamad (safe room) for added safety. Take advantage of the complete kitchen where you can cook your homely meal if you choose to.
