Spacious home filled with natural light offers the best of both worlds: quiet setting, yet minutes from local beaches, shops, restaurants, and bike trails.
Comfortably sleeps 8. Recently updated with high end, tasteful finishes and accents.  Home features an open floor plan with newly remodeled kitchen/dining/bar area; living room with 65â Smart TV and sectional; dreamy master bedroom includes private balcony with cafĂ© seating, ideal for morning coffee while overlooking the serene conservation land. The upstairs bathroom is sprawling, with its huge glass shower, dual granite vanities, separate water closet and 2 linen closets.
Embrace the outdoors from the 7-seat hot tub, as well as from the expansive deck with Weber gas grill, fire pit, dining table & chairs, and relaxing sitting area; outdoor shower.
Practical amenities include high speed WiFi, central AC, washer/dryer, beach chairs & towels, cooler, Bluetooth speakers, KitchenAid mixer & fully equipped kitchen. New range convection oven with integrated griddle and air fryer installed Oct 2023.
3 full bathrooms (main level, upstairs, and basement).
Hypoallergenic dogs will be considered for an additional fee. Please inquire before booking.
