1st floor has a bedroom with a king bed and bunkbeds / bathroom and 2 futons in the living room. There is also a kitchen and dining table on the 1st floor.

2nd floor has 2 bedrooms (room 1 has a king size bed; room 2 has two queens), 2 bathrooms, dining area, living room, and a full kitchen.

3rd floor is a one bedroom (2 queen beds) and full bathroom.

The condo is a non-smoking unit, pet free and kept sparkling clean. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the condo.

Boyne charges for most all of its amenities so inquire at the front desk of the Mountain Grand Lodge for any fees they would charge.

Great location within walking distance to Disciples 8 lift. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Well-furnished with plenty of supplies. Good communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

This condo was superb! Very spacious and clean. It was also very close to Boyne Village for a good night out on the town for drinks and entertainment. The Sky Bridge was an added perk being so close to the propety as well. We will definitely be back!

It had everything you need. It was especially great to have two kitchens which we at first was useless but it was nice to have. The house was cozy and great place for family gatherings.

Very comfortable

The perfect school trip!

This was the perfect place for our school ski trip! We had a group of 7 students and had PLENTY of room for everyone. The kitchens were well stocked with cooking supplies and the location was so convenient. We had a truly great time!

Great time

We stayed as a Girl Scout troop, the girls loved having one whole floor to themselves. Everything was wonderful, the only small glitch was we couldn’t figure out the basement TV, Which worked out to our advantage because the girls played games.

We booked this condo for the space and location for of our Girl Scouts troops end of the year trip. We have a large group of girls and adults. Therefore we were very excited to find a place we could all stay in together. The owners were very quick to answering our questions and concerns. This condo is beautiful and has so much room. Boyne Mountain Stay

There were plenty of beds for all and the location was great. Although there are other cabins nearby, the surrounding woods create a nice private setting. Our overall experience was good. However there were no extra sheets for the pullout couch, futons or cots in the closets. Some of the towels had stains on them, but they were clean. Thanks for hosting our group!

Comfortable, spacious and clean!

The condo is one of many in the Boyne Mountain Resort Area. It is a duplex type. We had 9 adults and everyone found a bed to their liking. The mattresses were very comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows if needed. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. My son-in-law plans to return this winter!

Everything was wonderful! Only problem we had was parking. Young group of golfers on our right and a little league team on our left to all the parking spaces and didn’t use the over flow. we hard to park in the over flow. We would still rent this place again! Thank you for a great place to stay!

We are a ski and golf family. We have been visiting Boyne for several years and decided to get a permanent place here to share with others. We have 3 kids between high school and college, so this makes the best retreat location, where nobody gets bored.
