BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The apartment is on the second floor of an apartment building. Green city residential area with easy reach of the KurfĂŒrstendamm. A car park can be used for free. The subway stations Augsburger StraĂe and SpichernstraĂe are in close proximity.
MAIN ROOM
The Alcantara sofa bed in the main room has unfolded 2,00 x 1,60 m related sleeping surface. A bedside table shelf, including a radio alarm clock, is available. A dresser contains all necessary linen including pillows and a second dresser provides storage space for personal items.
BATH
The bathroom has a shower, hand basin, toilet, and washer-dryer. Bathrobes, towels, bath towels, and a hairdryer are provided.
KITCHEN
Tea, coffee or coffee capsules, spices, cooking oil, kitchen towels, kitchen roll, and washing-up liquid are provided. The kitchen offers the following amenities: Induction cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, cookware and tableware, cutlery, large microwave oven with grill and hot air function, Coffee maker for coffee capsules with milk foam unit, toaster, kettle, and various cooking utensils.
BALCONY
The balcony is facing the green backyard.

50" widescreen LCD TV showing programs in digital quality, several channels in HD. Internet access (up to 1.000 Mbit/s downstream, up to 50 Mbit/s upstream) via WiFi and LAN.
