Our charming 2 bedroom home, tucked away in a cute, quiet neighborhood, is less than half a mile from our Historic Downtown and the Pinellas Bike Trail. The Sponge Docks and Spring Bayou are only 1 mile away. With Sunset and Howard Park Beaches nearby as well, there's something for everyone in your group!

Our home offers central A/C, heat, 2 full bathrooms, on-site laundry, free wi-fi, a common room TV with Netflix, a pull out couch, a spacious kitchen and dining area with ample amenities and plenty of natural light. The property also features free on-site parking and a privacy-screened backyard with shaded outdoor seating.

Good Times

Very comfortable, plenty of room, appliances, washer/dryer, etc two thumbs up. Instructions very clear and understandable, especially TV operation. Definitely would like to stay next year.

Great location

The home is in a great location close to many restaurants and shopping areas. The property owner checked on us upon arrival and before we left. We had 1 minor issue which was responded to immediately. Will be staying here in the future.

Nice place with great location to everything. Quiet area of town its close by shopping and to the sponge docks. Watch out for the fan in the bedroom I'm kind of tall and it got me a couple of times.

A gem in Tarpon Springs

The house is located in a nice neighborhood. It is convenient to everything in northern Pinellas County. Especially the beaches and parks. There is plenty to do in the area. You won’t be bored. The house is as described in the listing. We stayed 28 nights. Check in and communications were excellent. The house was very clean and household items such as trash bags, tp, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods, all soaps and shampoo were provided for our entire stay. There was coffee, creamer and sugar there. It was a godsend when we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped. Bed linens and towels are very nice. The house is comfortable and easy to keep clean. We felt at home and safe. My only complaint (and it’s minor) is not having local TV channels. There’s only streaming. (Lightning fast wi-fi.). Old people like to watch local news, Wheel and Jeopardy. An outdoor antenna would make this house perfect. We’re planning to stay here again next year. Thank you Sean and Sarah for making our stay so enjoyable.

Great Stay

The house is cute and is located on a quiet street very close to major stores/food. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Great property/location

We enjoyed everything this property had. We ran into a minor issue with the lock and they had it fixed in no time! Clean and cute! Everything was supplied. No complaints! If we visit the area again will stay here for sure!

Great place to stay when in Tarpon Springs

Great experience from booking to the end of our stay. Check in process was a breeze and accommodations were clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect with many places in close proximity to eat and shop. Will definitely stay again in the near future.
